The caller left a message on my voice mail.  There was a lot of background noise.  He had a very thick Indian accent.  He claimed to be from the IRS and said a claim is being filed in court TODAY for tax evasion and fraud. I file my taxes every year.

I got the same message today talking about tax evasion and filling a claim in court. They never addressed me by name. I figure it's a scam.

I too received a voice message from someone telling me to call this number.  Same resulting conversation as the above reports: thick Indian Accent, IRS fraud, back taxes, etc.  I too believe this to be a scam, but I am nonetheless disturbed by the accusation.

I got the same call today. If they really want to come and put me in jail for tax evasion they know where I live, I file my taxes every year.
