Recieve 2 calls per day never leaves message I assume debit collector for a medical bill im not going to pay LOL

Get called 4 or 5 times a day with no messages, I have no clue who this is.

Received a call from this number! I answered and after a couple of seconds pause I hang up,but right before that I could hear someone saying hello.It shows as caller ID"Education Center"!!No idea what kind of Education Center this is,nor I am interested in getting calls from them!!! Ughhh....

I have gotten about six calls from this number in NJ over the last three days. I Googled it & looked at options for finding out who it is. All sources gave me the basic information EXCEPT Name & Address. They want money for those (gee....really?) They are almost as bad as the callers.

...except Number Guru. I just signed up for that. It is FREE at http://www.numberguru.com/

I did look up this number after joining. While they do not give an address, they do tell you the name...which for me is sufficient......The Owner is "Mtg Ace" ....or Meeting Ace, apparently. SPAM!

The main reason for my post was to let everyone know about Number Guru. I will continue to use it for FREE!

Received calls everyday for a week, never leaves a message. I will call the police in if necessary.

Getting calls ever since I signed up for some free crap on the internet that requires so much. I have no debt, so I know it's not a debt collector, but this number calls 2 times per day. I am just gonna log it into my cell phone and block it from getting through. They will get my voicemail, and if it leaves a message, then I will hear it.

I have been getting this call every day for a week. By law if you call them and leave the message not to call you back they must comply. Also record the call. If they don't that recording and the cell phone bill showing time and date of your call will come in very handy.

Same here, the pause then as I was hanging up a man saying, "hello" Said ACE MTG

Have gotten 2 calls per day for last 2 days. Just a minute ago.  The number didn't look familiar so I Didnt answer but always look up # I don't know.   Have had my # for years, & has been listed on do not call list.  You can block # on Verizon mobile. I'm doing that first.

This number calls me constantly never leaves a meassage,  will not answer  when I call back

This is the 3rd call today on the same subject, but from different phone numbers.  Caller wanted to talk to the person in my family interested in education.

Well.. I'm now out of debt and the little money I owe ($200ish paypal credit) is always paid on time, sometimes even before its (absent minded). So I can tell you guys this.. It's not a debt collector so don't worry. You can breathe again.

However.. If you ever have debt collectors calling.. Just answer it. If you can make the payment, then let them know and possibly arrange something with them. They don't care how they get their $$ as long as your making an effort. Plus, it'll keep the annoying calls to a minimum unless you signed up for something free like I did and now getting calls from these people.. :/

That's what I did and now I'm almost worry free. Just gotta finish college then I'll be fine.
