Receiving calls re:  TECHICAL  support for computers?  is this a valid company.

No, they are a fraud!

They are claiming to be a microsoft company. Microsoft will not call you!

3/23/12 They called this AM & claimed our computer had been infected and it would shut down. Guy with heavy Indian accent said he was from Windows.  When I asked for a phone # to call & verify if it was Windows, he gave me this #.  We called & the answering person said "MS Windows" but in the same accent.   We got to a point where he wanted to load some Ammy(?) software on the computer & we hung up, ran our virus scan & we are ok. We checked with Geek Squad at Best Buy, who repaired our computer after a virus infection a few months ago..he verified it was a scam.  It was very realistic and the caller expressed a great sense of urgency.  Don't believe.

He just call me at work, i will not return the call, I got a similar call and he claimed to be from windows and when i told him i was in charge of economic crime for a local prosecutor, he hung up

got the same call at home twice.they claim they are trying to help me with windows..i never asked for help. i suspect a rat right away..i told the guy with a heavy indian accent to get me off his dam list..claims his name was brian..did not match his heavy indian accent. there is something fraudalent going on..do not give him any information!

A guy claimed his name was Jeff with a heavy Indian accent! . Called my friend and told her he was from Microsoft and that her computer is infected and needs to be cleaned up. He convinced her to give him access to her computer. He locked the computer and told her she has to pay him $199 for him to unlock it.

Multiple calls from this joker. I told them not to call anymore. He says cannot do that must call.Claim s to be in New Jersey. Says he is with microsoft difficulty dept. Accent so heavy can hardly under
stand him.

I have been having at least 2-4 phone calls a day for the same issue. They will not stop calling. Last week they called twice between 10:45 and 11:00 pm wakeing myself and my husband up. How do I make them stop calling?

Scam phone call to my 85 year old mother telling her that if she didn't "turn her computer over to them via internet access that her hard drive was going to burn."  She knew it was a scam call.  I called the number back and they told me the same thing.  They say they are Microsoft in CA, but their area code is NJ.  They speak with a strong Indian accent.  I have read several other posts about this number.

This is a scam, I laughed at him and told him to text me the info that I needed to fix my computer that he said was sending Mircrosoft Windows errors.  I think he was rather surprised! Heavy Indian Accent also.

Theyn gave this number when calling from206-456-0661....TOTAL SCAM,  CLAIMING TO BE MICROSOFT....not so......BEWARE!!!!!

Just received a call myself -- Edward from Windows with a strong accent, claiming all of the computers in my house were affected.  Kept him going for several minutes just for fun.

Mine caller was Harry, with heavy Indian accent.  He claimed he is from Window Tech Support.  So I asked his tel #, and he game me this.  Bingo! This is another case of fraud.  Imagination of Lack, or Lack of Imagination, they never learn...

i paid them $349 for fixing up my computer because i was facing some major problems  like my computer used to be very slow every time and they said that it was because of some infections and they guaranteed me to fix up my computer and after i got registered with them they did fix up my problem and even now  whenever i call them they do help me out with my requirements and problems every time. I paid them in the month of april. but after coming to know that they were scammers i feel a bit betrayed...but no problem i had a talk  with them and they admitted that yes they were not from windows but they will help me out in every possible way in everything and that i dont need to pay to any body else for any type of service on my computer to anybody else in future...but though they would be scammers i am satisfied by their services...
