This number was used by an individual I met on ourtime.com and he said he was from New Jersey and after 4 weeks he admitted he was from Africa and got an application online to fill out for a New Jersey phone number. He said he was Robert Blighton and stole his picture off Facebook and he said that was not his real name but he did say his first name was Robert but refused to give me his last name. I don't believe his first name was Robert either. Scammer!!!

We met on Lavalife in spring of 2014. He was Robert Blighton then Rafael Robert. He used the same phone number above. He was in love with me after a week.

Later when I found him out as a 419 Nigerian scammer, he admitted he was really Raphael Onyeka (REAL NAME OR VARIED FORM OF IT) from Lagos,Nigeria and later Onitsha, Nigeria. He apologized and quickly switched to email and then Whatsapp Messenger to begin the next part of the scam ... money and marriage. He also uses Rafael Onyeka, Raphael Uche Onyeka, Ralf Onyeka, Raphael Uchay Onyeka. His Nigerian passport name is under Faustine Uche Onyeka. His Nigerian passport # is [removed].

I know this because I went away with him. He was supposed to marry me in the fall of 2015 but lo and behold he dumped me a week after the trip which I paid for. I gave him about 4 small amounts of money in between the year (yes it lasted a year) totalling about $4,000. He broke my heart and then in typical scammer fashion turned everything around on me as though it was all my fault. He has a page on FB under Ralf or Raphael Uchay Onyeka. He uses his real face on that one. Why did he give himself away? Because he does marriage scams and to do that you need a real name face and passport number.

and 234 803 410 8215.

He was on Skype a year ago with Skype phone # 234 808 924 3456 and has a user name of preachersson1. (Recent profile photo for that account is now of a woman in a Manchester United sports jersey.)

I sent him monies via MoneyGram and have the receipts, amounts and numbers for them.

He has not stopped. Why don't you file a criminal complaint?

The information above is false and was done in revenge against an innocent person.  The Attorney General’s office has been contacted in the state of North Carolina and is investigating this matter.  Unfortunately, the 800 Notes site allows anyone to post content absent of login/validation of posts.

You need to do better than make an empty claim without any such information to validate your claim. The posts above are 2 years old about a 'Marraige Scam" , so if you are involved, I suggest you take it up with the Administration via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, Sarah.

800 Notes allows posts without validation.  That is like guilty until proven innocent.  Not our justice system.
