called back from housephone, immediately after shed called, and voicemail said, "hi this is olivia ... "

This numbers calls me a dozen times a day and has done so for the past three weeks.  They never leave a message.  When I blocked that number they started calling from another one.  Same thing again, a dozen calls a day. I'm on the do-not-call-list, I pay my bills, never declared bankrupcy, never took out any payday loans.  I here some of these numbers are a scam looking to bully people out of money they really don't owe.

When I called the number back it said the number was blocked from my area?

Its for MRS Associates, I think they are a collections agency for Capital One.

Naaa. I eat kitty's, got the same call today and the old rules apply, once bitten twice stung, it's payback time for these boys and their russian rullet games. when they call, play their games and hold them busy for awhile while you convence them they have yoru righ first name but wrong last name, tell them to send their info package overnight express or your not buying, have it sent to your worse enemys last name and address...or whatever politician you want slammed...

my advise if your in the trading arenas, place yoru orders to a known broker, buy down against what they say will rise and watch your funds grow...just get out at the fastest pace possible if you trade to the down as they say trade for the up on their short orders.. DONT MESS WITH THESE GUYS....THEY WILL STEAL YOUR LIFE AND ACCOUNTS...

Calls for a Stephanie have continued for 2 1/2 years since I changed my number due to the same problem.  I'm on Do Not Call and have Call Block from Verizon but, as noted above, they merely call the next day from another number.

Frequency has increased since Sept 2010, often at 8:30 in the morning, even on Sundays.
