The message said:  IRS hotline. 201-308-8511. I repeat 201-308-8511. The issue is a very time sensitive and your address is under state investigation. So before IRS seize your property in your bank account. Call IRS as soon as possible."

Saying they are IRS scam trying to get your information blocked

THEY TOLD ME THAT CALLING FROM IRS IS GOING SEIZE MY PROPERTY IN BANK ACCOUNT. AND TOLD ME TO CALL THEM BY 201 308 8511 THEN TOLD ME TO SEND THEM MONEY TO SAVE ME OUT OF THE PROBLEM

I received 2 voice mails stating they were the IRS hotline.  I believe this is a SCAM.  Their number is not listed when doing a search on IRS.gov

I am on no call list

Just received my 100th call.  I called back and did get an answer.  it is an indian man.  i proceeded to tell him he was being taped and he told me to kiss my own a$#.  I am sending this to a very dear friend in the IRS.  This scam will be stopped!!!

I got this call warning me to call them or they would take all my money.  The IRS does NOT call. They send letters.  It is a shame that there are probably a lot of people who fall for this.
