Saying they are calling from the IRS

Its a robo call that states IRS.  Definitely a scam.

I also get this this morning and I called them, the guy answer as IRS.

2013125668 DEFINITELY A SCAM.  Do NOT call them back.  The IRS will never contact you by phone like this.  They will try to scare you into giving them money. They left a message on our vm.  Computer generate voice said, "This is IRS Internal Revenue Services. The reason for this call is to inform you that the IRS if filing lawsuit against you.  To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 2013125668.  I repeat 2013125668.  Thank you

Message left: Posing as IRS saying that suit was being filed against me. showed up as "Wireless caller."
I called the number - person said she was "Officer Wendy" with heavy non-English accent. Told them that if they knew who I was, then they could identify me by the number that I called them with - they hung up.

message left stated irs was suing me-3 calls in one day 3 different numbers same message

didn't answer. prob IRS as others have posted about this number as well.  We've had same calls coming in on work line.  something's got to be done! waste of my time to even LOOK at who is calling me.
