I got a call from exact number. It was like a ghost. Couldn't hear any background noise yet it was like I couldn't hear anything but the call stayed connected til I hung up. Bizzare

Call from this number. Did not answer and no message left.

I got a call from this number on a Sunday. Didn't leave a message, so unsure if its a telemarketer. CID showed New Jersey. I don't know anyone there.

Get call never leave a message so I called it back and it say Vision Financial which I have never heard of.

Its a debt collector, I called the number I asked them "Is this their new tactic on getting people to call them back" of course I didn't get an answer and then she proceeded to tell me the name of who they were looking for.  I told her no and to please remove the number from their list!  So there ya go, the new tactics of debt collectors to aggravate you into calling them back lol

Ditto on the call, I got the same, ran to answer, gone... picked up phone, said hello.  Nothing but dry air.
Strange, waste of time on both ends.

They are are a Scam do not give any info I challenged and the numbers were turned off,but will be back on soon.Be strong they are bad.

They are a collection company. I never answer. I don't owe the money and tried for 7th years to clear its uoun.I just stopped answering.

this number calls frequently. Normally I pick up the phone but just hang up immediately without saying a word. Last time I picked up phone but said nothing -- dead silence on other end. Nobody was there.  Eventually the machine that had dialed just hung up.

I just got a call from this number.  I answered the phone and dead silence.  Called the number back and reached a recording stating the number was not in service.  I'm on the 'do not call' registry.  Glad to see that works really well.  Ugh.

They wont stop! Pain in the ass! The people that work for these telemarketers should obtain an education & get a real job instead of getting paid to harass people all damn day! I refuse to answer, u can call all u want! From now on I pick up & hang up every time

As I have indicated on several occassions and in regard to other "degenerate" debt collectors with other various numbers, the best way to deal with these people and others is to basically"NOT DEAL AT ALL"! In other words, NEVER, EVER answer the phone or if you accidentally do, hang up immediately! Do not engage them in any way with any conversation. This way, they can never upset you or cause an increase in anxiety - which is what their intentions are to begin with. If you have the ability to "block" their number on your cell phone, then that is the best solution. Otherwise, just simply NEVER, EVER converse with them. You will feel very satisfied with this approach - I guarantee you!

They called on July 25, 2013, but left no message.  When I called the number back, it says it is disconnected.
