Scam, now doing craigslist messages to distant cities.
Want shipment of "goods".

phishing number included in email.  Asks victim to send "text only."  CL scam as above.

scam wants pics and pay pal detail

I had an add for furn.for sale all n this number was left in my email.said text only I figure it was a scam I had details n info about furn.for sale but this person asked the same questions over n over n over again wen all details were specific in my add.its a scam.

Scam.  Person asked for my location even though it was in the title of the Craig's List post.  Out of state phone number given with statement that texts only accepted.  Have had a rash of scams with my CL postings and 3 Lookie-Loos.  CL looks like it is mostly contaminated waters.  Warning: watch out for false PayPal emails.  Check the full sender address by putting your cursor over the area.  There can be two lines: the first appearing to come from that organization, the second the real address of a scammer.  Bad grammar and careless punctuation should be your first tip off in emails.

Oct 10 and this scamer is still active. Don't know if it is a coincidence, but inquiry hit my email about 2 hours after "refreshing" an existing CL add.  I appreciate the information shared here and the warnings.  No return contact with this individual yet (see email address) associated with request for details, pictures, and text message return to the 201-335-6322 number. Scam request shown below.  Thanks!

Same everything, can only text, says bad phone, except she says her name is Clark Elizabeth, named after her dad, Clark. Wants to get married and needs plane fair to come see me. Starts most sentences with the word am, am here, am ready, etc. in the ladies/girls ware business. From Austin, TX. Living in Mississippi. Will only send a pic to your email and then it takes awhile. Emailed me from a Christian singles site. Funny, I have two phones and her story varies slightly. Told her phone comes up from Craigmere, New Jersey. Said she bought it when she was there. Please tell me what I can do to help catch them. It's obvious they don't speak English very well. Also listed as a land line, goes to a voice mail with a long ext. But when they sent a pic to my email, said it came from an iPhone.

They just call,..robot voice from IRS...

Really this number has been around since 2012 scamming people. Just tried to scam me on my truck Really tired of all the bs people on craigslist
