This is some collections agency. They took over an account I had with Henry Schein and are now calling me for $.

Collections agency - they bought an outstanding business debt.

I just recieved a phone call from this number asking for our attorney. We are refusing to pay an invoice to www.salesforce.com because it is fraudulant. Salesforce signed us up for a year (which we agreed to) and then said we extended our contract. We asked for a copy of this extension which they counld NOT produce. Be VERY CAREFUL of www.salesforces.com, your company may be the next one they fool.

ps- we are not going to pay on this fraudulant extension...and neither should you. Let me know if anyone is up for a class action lawsuit. Our attorney is putting one together as we speak.

these guys are debt collectors. wanna be's. there's literally nothing they can do except try to bully you or sue. just ignore them.

Been using sales force for years. Find the 'no extension' claim unlikely.

Trying to collect a debt from another person who has the same name.

they gave no disclosure who they are asked ridiculus questions like what bank do i use owners name  told me they were private investigators  and knew nothing about my business

called and hung up. I called back because it is tuesday and I want to give them a hard time. Peter with Allen Maxwell and Silver was a dick.

Came in as  Private Name with the number shown. We have a bogus billing from Tyco (ADT). They played a game with us at the end of 2012 concerning our renewal date of our security system contract. They lied about the date and then after it was past the date, all of a sudden the paperwork and information we had been requesting for months was suddenly found. By that time we had already canceled and put in a new security system at 1/10th the cost.

A number of other contract issues were also discovered during this time. I have every call, every email, every snail mail everything documented - date, time, person, back up documentation.

We have given Tyco ample opportunity to discuss it with us and have been met with deafening silence on their part. We will not pay the $7000 they want for supposed breach of contract.

Allen, Maxwell ad Silver have all of the documentation and except for an initial letter and followup call from Maxine, we have not heard from them. Except for the occasional call with no one there.

Next up, reporting Tyco for shady business practices with the BBB and if this collection agency continues to call and hang up, I will also report them.

This company called my cell phone, left an inaudible message about a "claim". I blocked the number since, I don't owe any money to anyone. A couple of days later my family members were getting calls on their home and cell phones! I called asked what the name of the business was, got another inaudible answer. I did make out the name of "silver" though. It turns out that they are looking for a "Perra Industries". I have never owned a business in my life! I called and told them to stop calling myself and my family or I'll contact my attorney. They didn't know what phone numbers they'd been calling, or any particulars about what they were looking for! They just saw my last name of "Perras", and started to fishing for information! Totally incompetent company.

Called on my cell phone around 8:30 am. Said he was from some company sounded like silver maxwell as other people have written. He said he represented some other company. Don't know what he wanted, I have never heard of them. But I think its a solicitor.

Sales Force is a huge rip off. There are plenty of much cheaper and powerful CRMs out there, I don't know why we or anyone in their right mind would pay double or even quadruple for SalesForce. Stay away.

My call notes look like this to avoid your complaint ( dialed # last 4 digits, answers as...) and my inbound calls look the same, in the good collectors notes.Thank you for raising this comment.

Received a Voice Message left on our Special Extension for Telemarketers, Junk Calls, etc.  Eric Johnson from Allan, Maxwell & Silver asked for a return call to his direct phone of 201-564-6399.  Just wanted to introduce his company and discuss the services available.

We too were fraudulently made to sign a contract with salesforce. The service they signed us up for did not work but they refused to let us out of the contract. We are not going to pay.

This company keeps calling my work voice mail and leaving messages.  Called back and I asked who they were and he wanted to know my name and then hung up on me!  I have no debt and want them to stop calling, blocked number.

Salesforce.com service sucks... paid for months for leads that lead nowhere with supposed contacts not being valid so emails and calls were a waste of time.  I offered to settle by paying a small additional amount after I quit using the service and they referred the account to these attorneys who did not accept my offer so now they'll "get nothing and like it, Spaulding"!

What can these people due?
