As noted above, we are on the Do Not Call list but we still receive numerous phone calls a day from Dial America and often after 8 pm, which is a real treat considering my kids are asleep at that point.

They call our house at the same time every day and always hang up...

Thanks Had Enough for the 800 Number:   800.318.6611.   I was getting calls from this number many times a week and they let it ring 2 or 3 times and disconnect, caller ID says "Unknown Name".  I called the 800 # and punched for customer service.  A guy who barely spoke English answered and I complained about it and he said he would enter my number into their do not call data base.  So like you say, we'll see what happens.  We too have been on the do not call registry for years.

Please take my name/phone number off of your phone list.  (

Even if I needed the product these telemarketers were selling I would not buy it from them just for harassing you over the phone!

I have continued to get calls from Dial America, even after I informed them I was on the Do Not Call list and would file a complaint if they did not stop.

They called again and I filed by complaint and I would suggest you do also as the more complaints that are filed the quicker the government will take action.

If these idiots call our number once, they call it a million times.  We're on the No Call lisst - lot ofgood that does - - so I've set my phone to block the calls.  Hopefully, that will stop that stupid annoyance.

Idon't know how to stop these people from calling our number. We are now and have been on the "do not call registry"  for sometime. I would like for somthing to be done.  Thanks

I entered my name to the do not call list twice, didn't do any good, still get calls from advertisers, wondering if the do not call list, sells their list????

Take me off of your call list. I am on the Do Not Call list. If you call again, I will report you to the Federal Government for harassment!!!!

Received there calls in four days. DialAmer claims it takes from 2 days to 2 weeks to update their records and delete your phone nummber. Hogwash! I have filed a complaint with the FTC, and will probably file with my State Attorney General's office too. These people need to be stopped from harassing the public.

Dial America solicitiing for ESPN and Cancer Research?! That was a new for me.

They kept calling.  I finally picked up and they are using MADD charity to sell u magazines.  Don't fall for it.  I am on the do not call list but maybe because they give a small % to MADD they are allowed 2 call.  They wanted $ 50 for 21 issues of Martha stewart not sure if that is good or bad.  I told them no and hung up.

Not saying this works for everyone, but my home phone has auto forward featured enabled to my cell phone.  Caller ID displays the number, I don't answer the phone, I go to this website and enter it, and see information.  Go to my cell phone website (Verizon) and enter the number into the blocked calls section of my account.  This does work.  

Again, not for everyone, but I too have used the "do not call registry" and other companies from all over the US continue to call.  My cell phone blocked numbers feature does work.  Only for 3 months, but I just re-enter numbers every 3 months.

I, too have been getting these calls.  I hesitate to email them or call in case it just adds to their information.  I am also on the Do Not Call list.

These morons call every three to four days, occasionally twice a day.  I pickup the phone, then hang up on them immediately - they aren't good with hints.
