I saw the number from Duton NJ pushed ignore but what bothers me if this is a landline according to whitepages there should be information. There is no protection from major websites or your personal email providers to track these prankers or scammers to help the consumer. They just want your money when you are simply wanting to protect yourself and your family go figure.

They call repeatedly and when I pick up no one answers the phone. I called them back and I was told to press "1" to speak to an customer service rep. (have no idea what they're selling) and was told repeatedly that "due to high volume, there are no agents to assist you at this time..." They do have an option to stop receiving calls from them and when I selected that option, they started calling me more frequently. I've gotten 6 calls from them in two days since going on their do not call list.

I am getting the same call.  No messages.  I am just ignoring them.  Has anyone talked to these
people to see what they want

I have gotten over 15 calls from them today. Everytime I call them back I get the due to high vol crap. I select option 2, have your number put on the do not call list, and then they call right back

Hey I'm getting multiple calls from this number too.  I answered, had to wait about 10 seconds until they picked up and then spoke with a woman who is pitching "a business opportunity with Google."  I started being nice, thanked her for calling and then said I wasn't interested.  She then pushes much harder, argues, and tells you you are ignorant if you let this fantastic opportunity get past you.  She then tries to get you to put $5.99 a month on a charge card.  Literally the only way to get away from her, because she absolutely won't take no for an answer is to hang up on her.  That happened last evening and I still got two calls from these maniacs tonight.  I made the mistake of being curious about two months ago looking at business opportunities.  Like an idiot, I filled out a form and used my real name and phone number.  I have been inundated with calls ever since--so much so I'm considering getting a new number.  I have been kicking myself because have been getting calls from all over the country.  Stay away from this number--they are really bad news, though, maybe the worst I've been bugged by.

Who ever is calling from this number, is calling me more than 25 times a day and never leaves a voice mail or any information. just keep calling and calling and calling. I am very upset about this. Also I tried calling the number but it keep's getting disconnected(My Call). Wish the authorities do something about this unwanted calls. Thank you.

I am SO SICK of these people!!!  If I can ever get anyone to answer I will let them have it!!  They call me about 30 times a day and I can never get anyone to answer, for about a week and a half.  I have waited over 10 minutes for an answer. I have tried calling the LONG DISTANCE number hundreds of times and can never get an answer.  I have put my number on their no call about 20 times and they will not leave me alone. Could someone PLEASE do something about these people constantly calling!!!!

Has someone reported to the police about this sickness number???? It really bother me a lot.

I get numerous calls daily even as late as 10pm.  I called my provider and you can put this number on your block list with your provider.  They have bugged me to death and I get the same response as everyone else when I try to call back.  I have put my number on their do not call list and they are still calling me numerous times.

You can also google the national do not call list and file a complaint with this number.  I filed one this morning and hopefully this will help.

My daughter has been getting annoying phone calls for several weeks from 201-374-3196, a landline phone in Dumont, NJ.

This number called our phone. Told us they were a work on line company. We asked what type of online work they were offering they could only tell us it was products, and it would only cost us $5.00. We told him that we would talk about it and could give him our answer tommorrow. He told us we could give him an answer NOW. After telling him a second time that we would talk about it he hung up on us.

This idiot, has Indian accent or fakes it, keeps callng from 201-374-3196 - or a variation of it - meaning if you block this call on your cell, he comes through with, let us say 374-3197.  Just some prankster who gets his jollies from annoying people.

Can't anyone, police or cell company, do anything to help us with these vicious people?

I really own a legitimate home based business, I don't need unnecessary phone calls from people that have a scam to pull-off on honest hard working people that are trying to better themselves by looking for a financial avenue during this economics times. I get about 5-6 call a day from this number every day which interfere with my business. Somehow they got a hold of my business number and they have been burning the line on me ever since. Someone should put a stop to this people whoever they may be, I'm trying to find out what I can on how to stop this troubling phone calls.

I have received several calls with no message from this number. When I answered twice it disconnected immediately. In a reverse look-up, it is a land line in Bergen, NJ for Level 3 Communications LLC.

I keep receiving calls every 20 minutes for the last three days.  No one there when I answer and when I call to speak with someone there is no one available due to high call volume.  I have requested to be placed on their do not call list several times.  If anyone has been able to speak with anyone, please post who it is and how you were able to get an actual representative.

The number belongs to Level 3 Communications, LLC in Dumont, NJ.  They started calling me at 0815 on July 5, 2010 - a legal holiday - and continued to call every hour until I finally spoke to a woman who was obviously calling from a "boiler room" since I could hear lots of conversations going on in the background.   I'm going to report them to the FCC and I will try to block their number from my phone.  On the second call, the recording said to press "2" to avoid any further calls but that did not work.

I'm a stay at home mom who is looking for some kind of part time job I can do from home.  I put my information up on a site that stated that they find work from home jobs that don't require any upfront fees.  I didn't have to pay for putting my info up so I figured what the hell.  Clearly that was a mistake, however.  I've gotten a few calls from other numbers too, This one in particular called 3 times today July 5th, 2010 at 7:05pm, 7:17pm, and 8:05pm.  The first time they called I was in the shower and my husband picked up they asked for me and he said I was in the shower, the second time they called my husband answered again and they hung up on him.  The 3rd time they called I answered the phone and they started their spiel about a work at home project.  I cut him off and told them if this was a job that required an up front fee from me I wasn't interested at which point they hung up.
