Pay day loan scam

Now calling saying they are calling from the summons division.  Left a case number on voice mail.  Summons division of what????  Never said.

this # calls everyday looking for a melvin vue case # 419769 -have no idea who that is-when tried to call back recording states the # is disconnected..yet another scam of sorts?

Pay no attention to the instructions left in these bogus messages and expect most unknown numbers that appear on your ID to be duds to keep the callers' locations anonymous. Do not return calls to mystery numbers.

First me now my husband.  Never had a loan -- hit zero for the operator and this woman answered told me that she was lookiing for my husband.  For one she should have never spoken to me if it was for my husband.  I asked her to send me proof of the debt and I will give it to my attorney and since I know this is a scam I told her then I would give it to the proper authorities -- she said good luck and hung up.  Total scam -- do not give them any information.

Called and left a voice mail on my phone about charges against my ss number deleted it then called my house a hour later same type of message but different robo voice didnt even listen to the whole message got a call in June from the same number but said they were the summons division no intention of calling them back.  Has to be a way to make them stop calling

If it was a legal matter it comes in the mail not on phone and they never say who they are calling just for you to call them back. I have more important things to do then to block [***] like this on my phone. Cell phones are a night mare and there should be a way to stop this crap.  I have notified authorities and they have called but there is not much can be done to these people because most of the phones are purchased and now are in different states and countries.

I have received Several phone calls from this number requestin that I or my lawyer submit something in writing to resolve a debt that is owed from an automated voice. This recording has been calling for the last two weeks with the same file number  and phone number.  However,  the company name has changed, Law Office of Summons Division,  Office of CRS and Office of Capital Services. They have also called from various exchabge numbers such as Global Touch,  V80616314600276 and Newark, NJ.  When I call back the number, all I ever get is a busy signal. I am unable to really verify who this call is really coming from but I don't worry either because I don't have anything in collections. Just curious how long are we going to play these games and when are you going to move on to someone else.
