Been getting calls phone this number for awhile. It's a woman named Rita from Prudential Insurance.
She is trying to sell Life Insurance.  I blocked her months ago when her name use to be displayed on my caller ID.  Now she blocks her name and  just shows her phone number.  She is relentless.  Thank god I have my Digitone call blocker

Just received a call today, 4 April 2014.  I live in Perth Amboy, NJ I didn't answer it, so I don't know who it is.  Thank you, Reggie for the identity of the caller: "Prudential Life Insurance" selling insurance.  Glad I didn't answer it.

201 383 xxxx is an exchange operated by MCIMetro ATS Inc.  Allegedly the number is from a land line in Westwood NJ.  In reality, it could be from anywhere.  The number was close to an acquaintance's number, wrong area code though.  I picked up on the third ring.  Empty air.  Now I know.

Just got a call from this number. ' Dave Carter ' from NJ law enforcement looking for a donation for their annual fund drive.  Yeah OK.  

I just received a call from this number. "Dave Carter" from NJ Law Enforcement asking for a donation. Same guy called me a few weeks ago, but I guess he figured he would give it another try.  

I just received a call from this number. "Dave Carter" from NJ Law Enforcement also asking for a donation.  They called a few times before.  Caller ID said "V40815001300308."

Got this call today, with the same "V"... caller ID that Steve stated. We have Nomorobo and this was probably intercepted as it only rang once.

Yep add me to the list. Got a call from this number, did not recognize the number but picked up said hello anyway. No one responded. These intruders are vermin I hope they are miserable in their jobs. Impossible to stop the scum.

Received at least 2 unsolicited calls from this number.

Same here. Dave Carter NJ Law Enforcement looking for a donation. 3rd time this # has called in the last few weeks, 1st time I've been home to answer it.

Westwood 201-383-4088 has shown up 6 times on my ID caller since 4/4 - in one instance, a man h=is heard "barking" into the phone Hello Hello? And then I have Malibu 424-235-3976 showing up 4 times since 3/27 - in one instance the same barking man is heard on my machine.  One and the same?  Sure sounds like it.  I don't pick up any number on my house phone unless I know the number.

Keeps calling.   Seems more like a robocall.   He talked over me when I tried to interupt.
