Have received 2 phone messages from Bronson and Miglio Law Offices for grandson who doesn't live with me.  Left callback number 800 921-8660, ext. 2130 but caller I.D. on phone was 410 863-4622.  The first call was from a man I could hardly understand and second was from a woman that sounded like a recording.

I received a phone call at my number asking for a person by their first name and she proceeded to say she was someone from a law office. I listened for a second to determine why a law office would contact anyone at this number. After she was told she was not talking to the correct person, she begin to yell into the phone you are this person and you owe a bill. Before I could say anything to negate the fact she became totally beligerent. She began yelling into the phone and became truly ignorant. Well, I did what most would do, I hung up. Do you know she called back again. I did not respond this time I hung up again. The "loose cannon" called back again, I left the phone off the hook and sit the handset down so she would recognize no one was listening to her. She finally hung up after she yelled for a minute. I proceeded to report her to the FDCP, national list for complaints, and Attorney General of my state. Thank God for this forum, because when I googled the number and this forum appeared with the call back number. (She never left one.) I called the number shown here, 888-523-0856 and reported this to the operater and her supervisor.  HEr name is Youngblood. (more like blood sucking) anyway not to get ugly.  These people are totally overpaid unless they are paid to display total ignorance.  I would suggest non compliance with these people.  They do not cross reference what they do. They get incorrect people and numbers all the time. Protect yourself from the predators out there.

Received a call on machine from 201-461-0023, saying it was Broson Mibliac Law, and to call regarding an important legal matter. Call back 1-888-523-0856 x 1105. They called back the next day and my son picked up, and told him "tell you mom/dad to call us, because they are deadbeats." They called back again, and I informed them they had the wrong number, and stop calling or I would call a real attorney.

I can assume, from the other postings, this is just a deadbeat collection agency.

I know this "law office" reads these postings and guess what,I enjoy hanging up on these calls.Makes my day. I can just see the lowlifes on the other end throwing stuff across the room because they get so mad that they can't get anyone here to answer the phone to them. I hope each and every scumbag that works for this company contracts aids and dies.

I wish Allah would speed up his wipe out request. Yup, they are still at it as of today, Thursday, July 29, 2010. I called them back and just because I asked them to stop calling me the woman who answered got a huffy with me and she hung up on me! Somebody needs to call CNN and do an indepth story on this bunch.

This number has been calling 201-461-0023.  thank you all for posting this information, both calls were not answered as we were on the other line.  No messages left.  But this is after being harrassed by an out of area number and another number from south florida that was a plumbers number, they left a message that you should call this number in New Jersey.  I don't think so. Too much of this going on and no one is stopping this.  They are hijacking numbers.  They are out of the country.  They do not speak good english, and they are making bogus calls.  You know, like in the good old days.  Only these are trying to rip you off - get money from you - so its more serious then that.  This needs to stop!

By the way, this call 201-461-0023 was from Law Office Bronson (caller id).

An automated message says my boyfriends last name and then it says, "there will be a pause, at the sound of the pause you may disconnect. <long pause> please contact the law offices of collie and bergman, this is a debt collecting company and information provided will be used for that purpose please call 201.431.0033, this is an urgent matter"

I have spoken to these people in the past when I actually answered the call. I told the guy he had the wrong number and he was pushy, asking for my boyfriends information. I told him not to call my phone anymore and he still calls, at least a few times a week. Sometimes he says he is a lawyer and other times he says he wants to help work this out as a last chance before contacting his lawyers.

Very aggressive people that don't listen!

The above called a left a message using my father name.  He called on a cell phone number 716-635-9550.  Says there is something urgent and want me to call back to confirm information.  I wouldn't waste your time with the call.

These people are completely out of line to call and leave messages for my father in law who lives 2000 miles away.  Unbelievable.

So if he lived next door it would be ok?

this number called me and told him it was from a law firm and they said i had applied for a credit card in 2008 which is false.

Rcvd call today on cell phone, which I did not answer and then on unlisted home phone number from Cawley & Bergmann per CID.  The man asked for someone named Mary, which freaked my daughter out as this is her legal first name, so she shoved the phone at me.  He asked for Mary again and I asked who he was.  He said he was calling from the Law office of Mr Thompson and was I Mary Joyner?  Told him "no, no one here by that name."  He said "Then you would call this a wrong number, correct?"  "Yes...."
but he never hung up, just never said anything else.  I did tell him to take my numbers off any list he had. but he never responded to that statement.  I had to hang up.  His message on my cell threatened "Mary and Robert" that if they did not call back and take care of this matter then the attorney would have to proceed.  No specific threat that could be taken to court, but seemed to be a threat regardless!  I am concerned that someone has both of my numbers and is giving them out, especially since I am unlisted!

CI've received multiple calls from this number from an attys office looking for someone who I don't know.
Obviously they have the wrong number.   I have asked many times to be removed from the call list to no avail.

Received a call asking for a person that does not live here and said they were an attorney and I should call back...won't happen.

I got call from them yesterday saying they were Law Firm Crowley and Birdman and to call back for a Mr. Jackson at ext ?????.  Very important matter to discuss.  I did look up of number and it wasnt a law firm.  It was in Ft Lee, NJ.
