They claim to be with US medical healthcare department and they'll ask you several personal health questions.  Pretty sure this is not right and not sure what they are using the info for.  They claim it's for a large settlement. I refuse to give them my personal information and ask why they don't have the info if they already have the list of people who had surgeries.

Can barely speak English. Ignore my demands to take me off their list and to stop calling me. They get rude and hang up when I state that I will report them. They Are seriously calling me every 40-60 minutes a day. This has become harassment. I believe they are Phishing.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

The have called me twice or three times a day for three days now. Finally answered and demanded to stop being harassed. He denied ever calling, it was the first call they made to me, etc. I told him to take me off the list, hes aid he wasn't selling anything. I told him I didn't care, and he yelled YOU SHOULD CARE, THIS IS ABOUT YOUR COMPENSATION. I hung up, blocked from calling my phone.

I just had a call from that number and he had a heavy accent.  Spoke English fairly well but with a foreign accent.  Wanted to know if I had any surgeries.  When I said no, he asked if I was interested in receiving compensation even though I hadn't had any surgeries.  I work in a law office & we deal with injuries so I wanted to see what kind of scam they were running to be able to alert the authorities.  He said for me to say I had surgeries and I asked him if he wanted me to lie and he blatantly said YES!  I went to put it on speaker so the attorney in my office could hear and I accidentally hung up!

I received several calls from this number a day.  They try to get me to give them my information. I hung up and try to call back and the number is out of service.  I believe they are using software that gives u a fake caller ID. The caller sounded foreign so I would guess the call was from oversees.

They called me at 2:50pm today guy had a VERY heavy accent I could hardly understand him I made out the part about US medical healthcare & something about an operation I told him no & I wasnt intrested take me off your list he said some thing about an operation again & I put you on hold when he put me on hold I hung up & blocked the # which came up as  New Jersery

i received a phone call from new jersey asking me to lie and say that I have had a bladder surgery to receive funds for this saying all I had to do was to say I had this surgery and I did not have to prove it is this not fraud? their phone number came up as new jersey 1 201 545 7788
