SCAM!!  Received voice message from a heavily accented foreigner claiming to be David Grey from the US Treasury Dept.  He uses scare tactics with claims of a "federal/criminal offense".

Received voice message; David Grey claiming that there was a enforcement action executed by the U.S. treasury, requiring my serious attention. Ignoring this message will be an intentional attempt to avoid appearance before a magistrate or judge.

Got the infamous David Gray call

Same as other callers. 8:35am 11/17. Threatens with that a failure to respond will be classified as a intentional attempt to avoid appearance before magistrate or judge. Provides no topic or supportive info.

Even in 4th grade, that David Grey was such a scamp!

SCAM. Same recorded heavy foreign accent  with THREATS. CRIMINAL FRAUD. REPORT to Treasury Dept for CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Received this SCAM call, with a well spoken, but still accented male voice:

Hi, my name is David Grey, and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the United States Treasury intending your serious attention.  Ignoring this will be an intentional <garbled> attempt to avoid being issued an appearance before a magistrate judge or a federal grand jury for a federal criminal offense.  My number is 201-620-2831.  I repeat it's 201-620-2831.  I advise you to call placed with us, and help us to help you.  Thank you.

Kept asking for my name as I was asking who they represent and hung up. SCAM

got this call - must be trying to raise money for isis -

Same as others! Have made several attempts to call him back after he hung up on me but to no avail calls failed!

Got voicemail with this message:
"Hi my name is David Gray and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the United States treasury and tending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional check-and(?) attempt to avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or a grand(?) jewelry for federal criminal offense. My number is 201-620-2831. I repeat it's 201-620-2831. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

He also uses the number 567 203-4082

Got the call, exact language as above.  He has called twice, could tell instantly it was a scam.  I never returned his call!

Same message as above. Sad that this scare tactic may work on some easily intimidated.
