Started getting calls from this number yesterday. No message. Three calls a day

They have been calling for a month, 3 or 4 times a day, is annoying; I don't know how to stop it.
they don't leave any message or the reason for the call

It is West Asset Management. Damned debt collectors.

I routecieve atleast two calls from 201 676 3148 every day for more then two weeks now. I have answer machine but they never leave a message, My number is listed on the donot call registry,

Receiving unwanted calls from this number at my place of business.   Asking for someone who never worked here.  Call several times a day.

Please quit calling my phone number.

I've been getting these calls 2-3 times a day.  I finally held on long enough to tell whomever answered to please remove me from their list, as I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  The lady I talked to seemed very annoyed, since this was "simply a referral," she said...most likely recommended by someone's doctor in the  household, or the Heart Association, or a host of other agencies she mentioned.  I told her that we did not need this "emergency" item, and to please take me off of their list.  Time will tell.  By the way, if you check out this number on the internet, you will find different area codes attached, but the same basic number.  Mine always has a 209 area code, which is in the San Joaquin Valley, here in California.

Junk debt is worthless legally uncollectable debt they purchase for pennies and break State and Fed FDCPA and FCRA laws to collect dollars from innocent consumers.

Junk debt is debt they have no PROOF you owe!  
        To old ...... beyond statute of limitations by state law!
         Already paid!
         Discharged in bankruptcy !
         Or a result of identity theft!

WOOHOO, These scumbags had to pay 2.8 Million.

Debt Collection does not fall under the DNC, it falls under the FDCPA. Follow the steps in what you need to know and send them a cease & desist letter via USPS certified or return receipt mail. Here's their information also:
