Robocall impersonating notice from "account services" informing me that my credit card interest rate could be lowered, but no mention of which company was calling. When I was transferred to a human, I asked what company they worked for. They hung up.

Same happening to me. Text first said call me later

The number actually matched a business called Saads Hair Salon.  Hmm....lets see....Arabs...phone scams..huh.. how shocking.

When they called I knew it was a scam. So I decided to have fun with them & waste their time too. After insisting with their operator that we synchronize our watches before we even began, I then gave them a fake number which she referred to her supervisor. When he said it was fake as well I said so are you & told them to quit scamming people and get a real job! I also had fun at times when she couldn't understand me because of my American accent,  I instead of telling them numbers, told her I would just punch them in on the dial pad. I had them on the phone for 9 minutes lol

Also got a call about lowering credit card interest.

Just had call from this Scam number. They come up in caller screen as "Saads Hair Studio". Some scam Robo call about credit-I hung up.  Who falls for this?
Will add to my no call registry. Would really like to catch these guys some day.

Got a call from this number around 9:54am in Indianapolis on Feb 9, 2015.  Same call as another person posted below:  "Robocall impersonating notice from "account services" informing me that my credit card interest rate could be lowered, but no mention of which company was calling."  Said "Press 1 to talk to someone; Press 2 to be taken off our list."  My guess is that pressing 2 would only confirm your phone number is valid and that a person answered the phone, and might actually entice them to call you back.  I pressed 2 anyway because I was hopeful, plus after I hung up I blocked the phone number from future calls, so it doesn't matter anyway.

I just got this same call at 9:38am CST in Wisconsin.  Same messge.  Same everything.  I HATE scammers!

Unbelievable. Reads as "Saads Hair Studio" but is a credit card scam. It just keeps getting better and better with this nonsense.

Called my cell phone, when i answered it was the same recording I have heard for several years offering to reduce my credit card interest the phone number just keeps changing.

I am on the government Do Not Call List and am receiving calls from phone 201.766.1700 which is a telemarketer number.

Just got the same call in NC as the above comments mention. They hung up on me when I started to grill them.

Called and hangs up.

This caller keeps calling, but not leaving a message, of course.  When you call back it's a busy signal.  I am listed on the do not call lists for both my house and cell phones.

They called me at 9:30 a.m. on 02/09... I'm in Ohio. I got the recording about lowering credit card interest rates. I then told the person that I got on the line, that I would ask their Mom if she was interested in lowering her "rates"- that she was lying right next to me in bed. The caller swore some obscenities and hung up :/
