Yep.  Same SCAMMERS. Now they call themselves Horizon Products.  Dennis Saccarato is the SPINELESS owner and his girlfriend Carol is a jealous [***].. She is constantly at the company watching her boyfriend . Dennis likes all woman there. Dirty old Ugly Bald Headed man. I would not waste my SPIT on them. To bad dennis has a infected Itch Carol.

First call came in and said it was Horizon Products, (no phone number) the guy was honey sweety dear... told him I wasn't his honey or his sweety and said we were not interested in what they were selling, hour later call comes in that said Corporate Office 201-791-3255, this time asked for me, I am female.... oh wow she says I thought you were a guy, this is Snap on Tools and we want to verify you information. I tell her we don't use Snap on Tools, thanks and hung up. She calls right back, this time is says Horizon Products, but she says she is with Atlas, and that I am stupid and ignorant and we will never do business again with you!!! No SH..t sherlock get a life and a real job and stop harrassing people.
In the caller type you need a drop down that says A..holes.

Sometimes it shows Horizon Products and then sometimes Corporate Office and then private as well.  Ask for a guy in our shop that doesn't even have access to phone and usually they call back to back.  How do you get these types to quit calling.

This is the second time they have called.  The first time, the first thing they asked was "who am I speaking to?".  Of course I told him my first name.  Now, they call and act like we are old friends.  Very condescending and rude.  He pretended to lose a cell number.  I NEVER give out cell numbers.  He was very upset and said I should have told him that last time.  Sadly, I have to tell my first name as we deal with many customers on a daily basis.

Got a call from Horizon today 800-525-4077, calling about an open invoice and discounts they are offering. Scam sensor went off and am glad I found this site. The sticky sweet caller Carol sounded a little to sketchy. She left a voice mail so I'm expecting additional call as I'm not going t return her call. The people are unbelievable.

got a call from "horizon products" on 12/10, steam rolled the secretary into purchasing air freshener for the office. The secretary clearly said "I do not have authority to place any orders," they sent it anyway, via UPS a few days later. We refused delivery and a few days after that received an invoice for $289.65.

Spoke with this real piece of work Carol, she was incredibly nasty and actually hung up on me after I asked her how she got our number for the office. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general for NJ this afternoon, seems like this chop shop need to be shut down.

DONT PURCHASE/GIVE TIME OF DAY to any monkey from this half [***] company. FYI the owners name is Dennis Saccurato.

this company is terrible their reps actually lie to perspective customers by telling them they're new to the distributor they're currently using. they will name drop to convince the customer that they are representing their current company. generally this information can be found online just by doing a little research. they will also charge twice what the product is worth by saying it has new chemistry. how sad
they are definitely on my watch list all my customers will know about this scam.

Called work today saying that they had just came back from a trade show and had come stuff to sell... of course this was after he said someone wrote down out name wrong and was trash talking foreign countries... total scum bag...

I have recieved a delivery from horizon products west, i do not remember ordering this , I contacted them and they played an audio saying it was me ordering, I requested to return a product I can not use,andasked for the return advise note number and delivery address, they refuse togive me any information until I paid 130dollarreturn fee, has this happened to anybody else ifso what should I do? My order value was 309dollars
Having checked on BBB they are top of the complaints list ,any advise ?

  Do NOT deal with don turner - he is a BS artist like the rest of these cronies! I called him a few weeks ago about an unsolicited order sent to one of our employees. Don lied cursed at me and threatened me. He claimed they had a secret recording with the employees voice on it ordering stuff - BS! Don even had the gall to call me a highly offensive and racist comment. I have already contacted my local attorney generals office and also made complaints with the bbb. RUN away from these sheisters. Better yet report them to the proper authorities and shut them down!

Just received a 600.00 invoice from them. They clipped audio from a phone conversation and tailored it to look like a person approved in order when they didn't

Just fax them a letter stating that the shipment was not authorized.  Tell them to send a UPS or Fed Ex pick up for the package and refuse to pay.  Don't back down, I deal with scum bag scammers like this all the time.  You shouldn't have to pay one penny - including shipping.  Don't worry, the BBB will protect you.

They got my mechanic on the phone and said they were verifying the shipping address, making it sound like another person in our company placed the order and he was just confirming the details, which he did.  I tried to call the company after getting an invoice and got rude responses.  Sent a fax detailing the event, saying I wouldn't pay, and asking for a physical address.  Someone named Don Turner (maybe?) replied via fax that our invoice is a "Legit Debt" and that the BBB knows the verify product orders as if to say the BBB agrees with their tactics.  At this point, I am on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for "Don Turner".

This is a scam as all other posters have mentioned.

The company that I work received a phone call from 800-535-4077 from a girl named Jessica with a compnay called Horizon Products. Stating to me that someone at our company had ordered product from her. It's funny that the person she names that ordered it doesn't have authority to order anything for the company. We have a purchase order system and she told me it was a "verbal" purchase order. Complete BS.  These people actually need to leave businesses alone and learn to work in the real world without scamming people.
