Satruday afternoon to my cell phone. did not answer, no message left.

Call came in on cell phone.  No response when I answered.  Will block this number.

Just curious, answered this after numerous calls. It was a computerized message telling me all the wonderful things I had won and I hung up.

Called but left no message.

called my cell phone and left no message...i AM on a DO NOT CALL  list for my cell phone too!!

This number has called 3 times now and does not leave a voice mail.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST

If they didn't leave a message they didn't violate the Do Not Call List. They have to offer goods or services. A call and hang up without leaving a message is perfectly legal – otherwise most of us would be guilty of violating Do Not Call at one time or another.

you have been selected to recieve a free cruise......GUILTY. Off with their damn heads. This is my business cell phone and this is a robo call. ILLEGAL.   ROBO CALL -  autodialed - unsolicited, pre-recorded telemarketing calls to landline phones, text to wireless,  er numbers, healthcare patients ILLEGAL Rules do differ between cell and landlines.   BUT in any case, I never gave consent for these cretins to call me and waste my time.

Falls under the  Tele Consumer Protection Act  - and between these weasels and the scum bums at Card Services, we have too many illegal calls. The do not call list is joke - probably where the bums got your number  - report them to the Ferderal Communication Commission. There are few exceptions for the calls and this is not one of them.  FCC - 888- 225-5322  and you can sue them yourself  or contact a consumer attorney and there are class action suits already existing as well.

Scammers! It's a computerized call saying you won a free cruise. I just hung up. And they still try to call me every now and then. I have now blocked the number.
