miss call

this person is calling my house asking for my husband

call and ask to verify my social security number.  calling repeatedly and leaving messages asking me to call this 1 800 number back.

"This message is for Lynette. This is Cathy please call me back at 877 907 1820".

I called back the 201 number and told some guy that picked up to take me off the list. He said he would but never did.

I just got a phone call from 201-806-3161. The man I spoke to really enjoyed using intimidation and abusive tactics.

They enjoy threatening and intimidating individuals by stating they are from the Department of the Treasury (which is illegal). If you call the phone number back and ask what does the company do, they will say "business matters". If you ask them if they are an arm of the government, they will tell you "no".

Recommendation: Make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

This company is wrongfully stating they represent the US government.

This company keeps calling our number.. Some days when we are home its 3-4 times a day. They never leave a message. Sometimes they call 2 times within a 20 minute time period.. Its really annoying.. If someone wants to get a hold of an individual leave a meesage..To me it must not be important if they don't leave a message

201-806-3161 this number keeps calling our no-call number.  They do not publish the company name nor leave messages. Just harrassing repeated calls.

This number keeps calling me from PCR (Pioneer Credit) they are asking for the guy who use to live at my house.. I asked them to remove my number as they obviously got the number from doing an address search not because he ever had it... she hung up on me.

When I called back, to make sure they removed my name they said they never had a record of my number.

This number is from Pioneer Credit or PCR. They try to be very threatening and intimidating. I told the Woman who called that she had the wrong number and she started referring to my voice mail message that she had previously heard stating that it must be the correct #. I politely told her again that the person she was looking for did not live here. She then stated fine then I will just call back tomorrow.....oooh I'm scared now.  I told her that is fine but that person still will not live here tomorrow either. She then informed me that she didn't believe me and that this call is being recorded for investigation.  Scared again.... I asked her if I could have a copy of it to send to my lawyer and she hung up on me...HAHA

They keep calling me but I don't pick up. After reading this I'm glad I don't, but I'm only 15 so there's no reason for them to call me.

I just called them and they said they would report my number as dead, I didn't even have to ask.

Well i just got a call from the asking me for my name and social securty number along with my wifes. They also wanted our birthdates. When i asked why they need that info since they called me they should know whom they are talking to or want to talk to. They said its a wuto diler and they dont know whom they are calling till i give them my info. I said no and they said please sir stop yelling at me. That this call is being recorded and that if i kept yelling they would send it to the police. i laughed at them and the call me a [***] and said they are fowarding it to the cops that they well be a my door soon. Well my lawyer has a copy of the call too lol. Were are taking them to court now. Because they have no reason to call me due to the fact i have no bills with them. its so funny to me.

thank you so very much! this just happened to me an hour ago. they had all my information from 5 years ago - employer, social security, date of birth, but had my address wrong. i asked why is address wrong - she replied it was in dfas and i knew something was wrong. Then I was told why dont you put the payment on your credit card - it has credit still on it or my wages would be garnished. I asked to call back. i am so very gretful

This number 201-806-3161 with caller ID PCR has called several times. They are looking for someone who does not live here and no matter how many times we tell them this and not to call they call again. They are a collection company and are extremely rude. I've asked for a manager and they will not give me one but when I ask they tell me they will remove my number form their call list and then they call again the next day with the same outcome. It's been going on for weeks and we're going to report them to block calls but they may own other numbers to call from and we can't block several numbers from each they might call from. It would be helpful if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get these people to stop calling and harassing us with abusively rude collectors who are obviously calling for an individual who is not at this number and refuse to give us a manager or to respect our request that they are calling the wrong persons. There needs to be a law stipulating collectors can not harass, can be removed from calling a specific telephone number and and how often they can attempt!

They have called my husband at work and on his cell and he refuses to verify his information (advised by lawyer).  I finally called the company on my husband's behalf and "ripped the girl a new one"...I told them we would never verify anything with them and if they needed our address, I suggest they look it up in the phone book.  I told them if they ever called back that I would report them to the BBB and the police.  

FYI:  If this is a collection agency and you got a call from them- I suggest you pull your credit report.  DON"T VERIFY ANYTHING with this so-called company.

Called again..... this is the email we sent....

"I am requesting that ALL of my phone numbers (work, home, cell) be removed from any of your calling lists.  I have given you this request twice verbally and only the last time did you tell me that I had to send an email request.  I am telling you one last time, remove me from all lists or I will contact the police and the Better Business Bureau for harassment.  My wife and I do not know what you want but we are not verifying ANY information with you.  

Again, this is the last request.  A copy of this email will be kept on file for future reference."

They continue to call my house at 7:30-8:00 in the morning and I have a sleeping child. I called back and asked them to call me and give me a reason for their calls and I am sure I will get nothing. They called before asking for some guy that lived her 7 years ago and I told them he didn't live her. The guy got very rude with my husband but was OK when I called him back. These people are annoying me and if they continue to call I will be contacting my Lawyer!

I got a call from PCR today asking for a business that did not exsist.  When I told them there was no such thing they said ok and hung up.  To let you know there is another phone number from PCR; it is 201-806-3165.  The caller ID still shows PCR.  FYI for everyone trying to avoid this company.

received a call from this same company PCR who said they were with the treasury dept also...left message for me to call them back, which of course I did not.
