201-806-9952

I get calls from this number several times a day.  Either they say nothing when I answer or they speak in Spanish.  I've called back to ask them to stop calling and it's Vonage (even though caller ID says it's Aluma Wallet!) and it's impossible to talk to a human being unless I'm a Vonage subscriber.  That'll never happen!

I keep getting calls from this # 201-806-9952....I don't answer.   This is just one of the numbers that keep calling....What I would like is to find out is..if these calls are a result of something that I ordered from TV or on line, so I can call them and give them some of their own medicine....If someone can connect these numbers with a particular product please let us know.

Got this call from this number today.  No one was there.

I finally called the number back after weeks of annoying calls with no answers,  and I said I had a technical question.  When their staff lady answered,  I told her to stop calling and lying about it being Aluma Wallets,  and she denied they use that ID.  So I put in a complaint on  https://donotcall.gov/register/Regconf.aspx?
and answered the questions and put in my comments.  Maybe with enough complaints,  Vonage will straighten out!

Just go to the DoNotCall.gov link above,  and put in a complaint;  the company using fraudulent ID is VONAGE,  the telephone company.

I was receiving the same calls, with the same results when I answered. You can speak with a live person if you just bear through all the prompts, pretty much saying "something" else or pressing 4. When I did finally speak to a real person, I explained my situation and said I wanted my number removed from what ever system they had. He asked the number, then asked for my name... What does my name have to do with removing my number from your system? I'm not a customer, just remove my number. He then said it would take "48 hours for the paperwork to go through." REALLY, this is PAPERWORK not through a computer? What kind of company is Vonage running!?

El Paso, Texas.....getting this number once/twice daily no message or ID and one or two daily Vonage calls that do display ID........

I have had no interest, nor will I now have any consideration for Vonage....

Also on National and State do not Call....makes me wonder if the government is selling the list for campaign contributions....I keep an " old school answering machine in the garage with the ringer off, seems it's filling up quicker lately....

I have received numerous faxes from this number.  it wastes my paper, ink and time.  Thanks to the above comments, I have listed my numbers with the Do not call Registry and will have the number blocked.

Calls once or twice per day. They leave empty voicemails. They don't speak back when called back. Sometimes they don't even answer when I call.
The Do-Not-Call Registry doesn't even block these. Both my house phone and cellphone are on it, and ever since I registered my numbers on the registry, more telemarketers, and whatnot, call more than before I registered my numbers.

This number is related to a 202-241-9653 number. I get the 9653 number on my caller id, but the indian "police officer" tells us to call the 202 number. Be grateful you dont have to answer it. see my details about the scam under  the 202-241-9653 number

need help

I been receiving callas from 201-806-9952, 268-762-0042 and 268-762-0130 very late at night and also during the day, we do not answer but Vonage is charging me for those calls!!!

This number keeps coming up on my caller id...several times today.  The last time, I answered it and after a couple of seconds someone was speaking in another language and then hung up.  I've read that many other people are having the same issue.  It is a Vonage phone number.

Jahanel Neal's cell phone bill is under attack from scammers in the Dominican Republic. They got her for $222.
It appears the Shelton resident is part of the one ring scam. Scammers call your phone once and then hang up. Then later, when you call them back, the thieves hit you with huge charges.
“That's a real problem. And if it's happening to me, it could very well be happening to others as well. Money is tight.” Jahanel said.
Shannon Smith with the Attorney General's Office says never return a call from an unfamiliar number.
“Don't call an unknown number and say are you trying to get a hold of me, who are you? Just don't call back,” Smith said.

Keep getting call from 201 806 9952 . No one speaks. And can't get thru when I try to call back.

I received this call and when i answered the person hung up. I called back and the phillipino lady wanted and I abused her with insults and profanity. She wanted my name and number and I told her "you're a scam and i know the number is popping up" and she just kept repeating herself so i called her every nasty name in the book and i also cussed her out in tagolog, which surprised her. She then said "i cannot tolerate this type of language ma'am" and hung up. I called again and did the same thing but this broad repeated my phone number back to me and i threatened to chop her head off, she said she removed it and after calling her a wh*** she hung up. I'm going to call them every hour and see how they like it. I also blocked the number through comcast
