I got a call from this number too. I have no idea who it is.

According to the gentlemen with a thick accent Benjamin Franklin Law Office in New Jersey.  Googled and cant find.

Got call from this number 5 times today, one every 2 minutes apart.

Called them 2 more time and they claimed two other firms.  They have called two more times since but no message.

I have been getting repeated phone calls from this number. This has become very annoying and I would like this to stop. I have also been getting  calls from 202-809-1808. I would like this top stop!

I keep getting a call from a guy who's name I can't make out because of a thick Asian accent claiming that he works for an agency that has information regarding a lawsuit against me and also claims to have my SS#. Legit??

Tired having them stop but wont-keep calling my work number and cell number over 20 times each today-scam artists-say you owe monies that you dont-want you to send a wire or money gram to them asap OR Sheriffs to come to your business tomorrow at 11:00 to arrest you-DO NOT BELEIVE THEM sound like they are routing calls from india big telemarketing scam!

I also have had numerous calls from this number on my cell and at my work. They claimed to be from the Federal Securities Bureau regarding online loans?! They have threatened to call my employer, have me arrested, and sued for a lot of money yet will not furnish ANY information about why they are calling. They will not fax any information and they tell me I DO NOT have the right to any information or to an attorney. They have ALL my information however.

Any help on how I can report them and track them?

i,m tired of getting calls from this number calling me at work  send paper work then the man hung up the phone.

I continue to recieve phone calls at home from this number but they never leave a message. Then today, I recieved a phone call to my job this time they left a message saying it was Mark Johnson who had a strong Indian accent calling from the Legal Investigation Department and I am being sued. I called the number back (blocked of course) and it does not ring..just rings busy. Fake number and Fake people. Someone please help!

I had the same exact call as Tiffany twice in the last hour.  Not sure where they got my work number but I know this is a total scam.  I had a call like this once a couple of years ago too. Total phishing scam.  Do NOT give them any information.

These creeps try to intimidate people but a REAL legal investigating person would stay professional when you try to piss them off.  I called them back and told them I was "the FBI Mutha $%&*er", to which the [***] angrily replied, "Why you make a mean say to me?!  Why you say you the FBI?  Fock yoo. I fock yer mother, your seester, I come in tha night and fock you too !  The sherriff will be to your work tomorrow to take you away!"

Dummies, just ignore them and they'll stop eventually.  They may start up again a year from now, but just keep ignoring them.

They called to say I was being sued and arrested at first I was like omg then I got to thinking real FBI want call and warn you or try to negotiate on the phone they'll just come pick you up so still nervous I replied I can only do a certain amount then I got to thinking again so when they called back I ask them to mail me everything regarding my case so I give it to my attorney she said I'm sorry we can't do that I said y she still didn't answer just said the would call my employer I said if you do I'll sue u for harrasement she hung the phone up it's just a scam don't give them anything.

They keep calling threatening me, I've reported them to my local Sheriff's office and kept all their messages.  This guy called about 6 months ago threatening and I found out that they are trying to scam people regarding payday loans which I've never had one so don't know how they got my cell number.  Last time he said his name was different.  hahahahahaha  I told them I would be waiting at my house for the FBI to arrest me.  First of all there is no way in hell a company would ever leave the messages this guy has left.  The payday loan place they said I owed money to I called and they said they are trying to catch these people but haven't had any luck so far cause they keep moving around.  Last time I looked up the number it was from California.  It's a Magic Jack phone number so they can be anywhere.

Don't worry about it it's a scam and the phone number is a Magic Jack phone number.

I am receiving calls from this number every 5 minutes. Requesting my attorney name because I haven't paid my loans. Stating they will have my check garnished and have me arrested. They refused to send me any documentation of so call loan. Its a man with a foreign accent and the location is Union City, NJ

unknown investigator call my daughter and scared her into believing she would be going to jail and loose her job if she didnt pay an unidentified debt she owed, debtor was a "client." and she only had a few hours to get them the money before warrant of arrest would be presented.  un- fortunately my daughter pd them some money, so scared she forgot i was a government law enforcement officer.   so now its my turn to collect a owed debt.

Why would anyone pay an unidentified debt? Because they are bullied so bad and get scared! These [***] should be in jail!!

Been receiving the same call from the same number.  Once I tricked them and asked what payday loan company were they representing and another time I asked again and they gave me a different payday loan company name.  THIS IS A SCAM.....Just received another call and got nasty with her and she got nasty back.  She threatened to send a sheriff to my place of employment from which I have been retired for three years!!!  Please know, you cannot be arrested for not paying your bills....I just told her I am calling my attorney and contacted the attorney general of my state....she quickly hung up.  I think we all should start calling them every 2 minutes and see how they like it.  One more thing, if these people can be found, they could possibly be charged with misrepresentation and harrassment.
