no message left, another unsolicited call

Second call in ten days soliciting purchase of a warranty policy for 2007 car.  Each time when I asked if they check the federal Do Not Call list, the guy hung up.

This number is just interested in having someone answer.  Ask who is calling they hang up.

I googled it and found that it's the fax number for

I have been told to repeatedly press the "star" key and it confuses the auto dialing.

No response after answering.

I answered as my business, so they hung up without identifying themselves, but the woman's voice sounds identical to the woman that would call in search of donations for some charity. I blocked their old number, but I'm guessing they changed numbers to get around all the blocks.

Verizon is using the number 201-845-6009  for unwanted calls.

This call comes continuosly and will hang up on you if you tell them to put you on do not call list.

Seems that this guy is now starting to call a bunch of prople with leasing contracts and he has good information about those contracts. I am from Minnesota and he knows names and partial lease terms. He tries to intimitate the called person with a lease contract issue and wants the credit card number to get a necessary down payment of 2000$. I called Chrysler in Paramus to let them know and they told me that they have an investigation running because their FAX number is misused by these crooks.

The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I want these calls stopped, my number is on the do not call list.

Call the dealership and the sale manager ( Eric) told me that the 201-845-6009 # is their fax #. And people shouldn't have the ability to call from that #. It has probably been hacked so telling them you're on the national do not call registry will make no difference to them.

Called and did not leave message.

Was still trying to sleep as had not gotten to bed til wee hrs of am. when this #:201-845-6009 called at 9:26am. Tues 6/26/12 which i did not ans. On caller ID gave:"V06260626351227" in place of name of caller. I am 80 yrs old not of good health & certainly DO NOT need this harrassment. It's hard enough for older people to sleep as it is, We do own a RAM PU truck, but can't see why that should matter. Just get our Government to do something about this stupidity in harrassment calls. Pay for unlisted landline #, on all DoNotCall lists & it doesn't do a bit of good!

Called and left blank voicemail.

Called and wanted me to extend a service agreement for a Honda.  Very angry when I told Bob I was uninterested. He said he would shred my file and told him OK  he promptly hung up.
