Asked for someone in my house by first name. When I said they weren't available and asked if I could take a message they said, rather snippy, "no message" and hung up.
Checked out number and appears to be a cell phone based out of Hackensack, New Jersey.

I'll add to my own post saying, I called it back and it now comes up as "not in service."

VONAGE SPAM:  Caller called my VOIP business line, asked for Bob Jones, and when told it was a wrong number, she said that my number had been chosen for a special promotion from Vonage.  One more reason for me not to use Vonage >(

Actually is Vonage.  I called them back after they repeatedly called my work phone.  The representative was very nice and submitted a marketing form to remove my number.  

Since I never got to the phone in time to see what the actual caller wanted and they never left a message, the representative said it might have been sales but there's no way to know so I am leaving it as Unknown.  

He warned that it could take a couple of weeks for calls to stop but at least he did do something about it and was very nice.

3 times in one week

This number calls all the time.  I called it back and it was auto-response (first in spanish); then in english it asked if I was transferring my current vonage number to select 1.  I didn't let it play through any further, I've never been or never will be a vonage customer.
