Caller ID Kearny, NJ at 11:28am PDT today. Left a message about US Treasury. I immediately deleted and blocked the number.

Crazy nonsense indian voice i could barely understand. Think its another irs scam. Blocked blocked blocked. No good a*******holes. Repoting this to the irs for hopeful prosecution of these dummies. The call probably came from india.

Caller said his name was Kevin Mason (foreign accent) U.S. Treasury and failure to comply was considered a waiver of initial appearance before Magistrate Judge, Grand Jury for Federal Criminal Offense.  Deleted message.

Same Kevin Mason scumbag who just a few days ago spoofed a Sunspire Health phone number to deliver the same U.S. Treasury enforcement action scam.  Also note that with this particular message the callback number is 201-948-1016.

Thanks to everyone who takes time to write a message about scammers. I've done so in the past, but scammers are getting too numerous to keep up with nowadays. Yes, I've experienced the IRS scam and do not respond. It's in line with 95% or more of the unidentified calls I receive as other scams. Wish there was a better solution for all of us who still want or need a phone, but I can envision the day when we turn solely to computers for email and voice. At least computer services filter out some scams ... and we don't have to listen to the computer ring day and night.

IRS, or any government agencies, they never call you first and tell you they're going to arrest you. You think a cop going to call you first before they come arrest you? COME ON!
IRS will always send you letters and letters before they do anything. I know because it actually happened to me.

Threatening call--says judgment against me

Called just before different scammer call. Left a message read from a scrip with a heavy accent, threatening to arrest whoever (didn't say any name) over owed debt to US Treasury....here we go again...and I wish our government worked as hard to STOP hackings as the latest our State Dept of Fisheries and Wildlife had all info hacked from those of us who bought licenses....go figure
