The caller claimed he is officer Marlon Becker(?) from IRS and has received legal petition against me and I should call call back and not ignore this call.  It is a disgrace that people can impersonate the mighty IRS with impunity.

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

This is the nth time this moron keeps calling my landline! Obviously his chinese accent or whatever exposed his scam!!!
How can we stop this waste of time and harassment from this overseas scammers?
