Called and told me I have a $1500 tax refund.  Heavy accent. When I suggested scam he hung up

We are the United States IRS and need to give you $8000 from your 2009 taxes.

I also received a call from this number a few minutes ago. Too good to be true so I asked him why they can't send it to me thru check and said they only send the refund thru my bank acct. I told them I didn't have my cards available as I am out although I have my cards with me. I just needed time to check for the phone numbers which are believed to be scams. When I checked my phone missed calls, I think they have been calling since yesterday  thru another number 202 105 4459

Btw, caller introduced himself as a federal govt employee who has like a chinese accent

this number has called three times today alone, we answer and it hangs up.
