answered call, but nobody replied my hellos. I could hear a lot of other voices with Indian accents threating to sue people.

This call is someone claiming to work the the government they tell me I have been chosen to receive free grant money in the amount of 9000.00 and it is free.  They have called me multiple times and I have told them not to call back but they do.

yes, just got 4 calls today by this number. Claim that I have won some sort of money. When I questioning him a couple times what he wants, he drop the call. Definitly scam.

Clearly a scam.  Do not fall for this,  tell them to send you a letter and hang up.

Identified themselves as calling from the US Govt.  Really?  What department?  Give me a break.  

Called claiming to work for the government offering $9000 Grant. When asked the name of the website where I could find more information, the representative hung up. They've called me multiple times and even all week. I want to find out who these [***] are! I was once a victim of identify theft and it's sneaky [***] like them that will Ruin you. Please be advised of them and do not offer any personal information.

Who are they??  Probably some Indian scammer in a boiler room in India using a Magic jack or COIP to call you at little charge.  They are NOT a government representative!

Got call today, called twice, said they had Free Government $.... could not understand them very well... they got mad and hung up when I kept making mistakes with their words...hard to understand....

They called me i told them i was going to report them and they told me they have my name,number,and address and will be seeing me shortly.... hmmmn i got a 45 for them to stare at if they want to stop by

I've received numerous calls from this number, claiming to be the US Government with a grant for me of $9,000.

I keep getting calls from 202-221-7221 they leave messages but know one says anything there is just a lot of noise in the background.

Called saying they were the irs and owed me $9,200. Then when asking for more information started calling me a f!&$ing c&$t and low life sum. Then saying they are going to track me down.

I just got a call from them offering me a $90,000 grant with no interest payback.  I told them no thanks didn't need it and hung up.

I got the call from the number with lots of people in the background, too.  Very hard to understand.  I think he was Asian, and he was really ticked when I started laughing at his story.  He said, F*** You, Ma'am.  So I laughed again and told him that his manager wouldn't like him talking to a customer like that.  Then he said he was going to come to my house tonight and rape me, so I said Ok, where do I live?  He goes, Don't worry, you'll see me tonight, you'll like it, blah blah blah... Such charm.  I told him he sounded like the comedian Jo Koy.  He just refused to hang up.  D-bags.

They call twice a day, I do not answer any calls with unknown, no names , out of area or pvt. callers. I think it's the only way to
get back at these goofy dumb sh---s!

He offered me a grant for 9K and I would have 6 months to repay.  I informed him of the difference between a grant and a loan and I didn't need a loan.  He wouldn't go away... bad accent, could not identify ethnicity from it.

received a call today from this number and said I was granted a $9000 from government.  and when I ask how to get it, he said call (206) 195-1040 number and talk to the manager.   I checked this number and it is a scam.

received two calls claiming that I won a grant from the US govt
