Called saying i owe money to loan agency. Idk if its scam or not

Ok so not sure if this is scam or someone stole my info but got an email saying warrant for my arrest with warrant attched to email. Called number in email they said i owe $495 or something to cash advance america. Guy was foreign and said either way its against my name. Someone please help idk what to do if it legit or not

Got one of those today. I text the person back telling them I was aware of the illegalities of posing as a law enforcement person.

got an email and a call from 202-239-1898.  the email had an attachment with a notice of an arrest warrant.  when they called they said I had to call them by 1pm the next day.  these people should be arrested.

This guy has been harassing my elderly mother in Montana about warrants and when I called and started to verbally confront him about the situation the loser told me to f@#k my mother and hung up!

i just got an email at my WORK email address which i NEVER EVER give out and it has all the same information everyone else has listed with the attatchement, i have been receiving a lot of phone calls from out of state numbers but never this one

i got the same exact thing, im scared to call though because i dont want them to have my number or any information at all on me.....i think its a scam, but scary

Got an email also frank hamilton call mon-fri 8to4 est. Arrest warrant act79,act76,act48 state investigation dpt. Case# going to take info to my cousin whos a judge. This people need to stop stealing info,creeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total scam.  Just because someone calls you on the phone and says you owe money does not mean you owe it.  Always demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  They won't do this, and no scammer every will,  just ignore the calls and block them. Calls originate in India or Pakistan. Typical  debt scam

Total scam.  Been going around for years.  Originates in India and Pakistan.  Only your local judges issue warrants and they are only issued to duly constituted local law enforcement.  They are only used in criminal cases and are ONLY served in hand.  No "warrant" is served by e-mail.  In any event, being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you CANNOT be arrested for it.  Ignore and block the e-mails and calls.  These people are hard core Indian or Pakistani scammer/extortionists.

hahahaha!! these people are awesome. they sent me a cute, colorful "arrest warrant" the dudes name is Frank and gave me his number, but a different name was on the voicemail. total scam, they told me at least 4 times over the past year that i was getting arrested, i get a kick out of these D-Bags. its fun to mess with them cause they get all pissed since I'm taking thier time away from harming others. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! good luck people. dont fall for it

I just got a text message from a number +1 989 644-0650 and told me that there was a warrant out for me. the number to call back is 202-239-1898 which I know is a total scam.  when I text back "I leave to exit out of it and not talk to them another number came up asking me who I was looking for (618-599-7193) a Cathy wells, I said nobody, they wanted to know who this Frank hamilton was and I said i don't know but told them about thinking it was a scam and that I was going to keep and submit to a local authority and that person text back saying ok sorry. haven't heard anything since.

99.9% chance its not real. Just don't call them back
