Caller said he was John Berry from Department of Health and Human Services in Washington DC. He told me my name was referred for a $10,000 USA government personal grant. He wanted my bank name and account info so another party from the New York Federal Reserve Bank could wire the money into my account. He gave me a confidential security code to use.  I was given a name of James to call at the Fed Reserve Bank: 646-807-2671 to have the money wired to my account immediately. He asked for $190 for security, said that would be refunded and added unto the $10,000 when wired into my bank account.  I learned a long time ago that it is a scam when someone asks for money to give or award you money!

same as smiley7. i am to be given $10,000.  i stated i will not give you my account info.  they said call this number and they will set up a western union check for me.  i called cause i was bored and got a beep with no voicemail recording. i think mine was washington grant division but the guy had very broken english to say the least..regardless does not matter.

Was offered 10K personal grant also was given this number also, after asking for my account number lied and said I was a Federal agent and that I like more info on what he and the lady was talking about..... I believe I spooked them .... Never give your personal account or credit card number to these people..... It's a scam

Wow , lady had actually called again the next day and when I told her to stop scamming people, she told me to f$ck off! And that my friend is NOT REAL .... Don't give these people anything personal

I was offered 10k for a personal grant. I told them I do not give out banking information. They told me to call this number and I will receive the money by western union. I called the number and he asked for a one time money of $290. I told him to have a nice day, laughed and hung up. That is a scam for sure.

I was called a gentleman with very broken English, and was insistent that i call 202-239-5273 with a conformation number to receive a 10k grant.  He kept telling me to make sure I called the number immediately. No one speaks English well at all.  They  don't seem to know what they are doing.

I was called by a man that told me i was granted 10,000 he gave me a confirmation number and told me to call 202-239-5273 i call and i asked him how do i know that its not a scam hehesitated a few seconds then answered..i told him i had no kind of banking accounts he said i could receive it in cash but i had to go buy a green dot prepaid card and deposi $269 thats how i knew it was a scam. You should not have to pay for any money you are being given or awarded..

they scam me out of 200.00  dollars

these guys they don't have  hearts i think they are from India
