They called me not to long ago. I don't like to answer unfamiliar numbers. I ignored the first one and they called again. The second time I answered it. Thats when a man I could not really understand says something along the lines of the IRS has a case against me. Then said I need to pay something.  I didn't believe it so I told them I will call the IRS myself and hung up. This when I looked up IRS scam phone numbers and seen all these posts. They tried but failed

This man called said he was from the irs

The caller claimed that he was from the IRS. However upon calling back the number it says the Magic Jack customer is not available. Pretty sure the IRS does not use magicJack.

Called me and I got the same automated message, there's a claim against me, last notice. Called the number back 3 times and asked who they were affiliated with and they hung up on me. Gave a Lowes location as the closest IRS location for me.
