This man is telling me he is a lawyer and he's gonna sue and take me to jail for not paying USA Cash Advance. I've never signed up for that. He's calling my cell and work phone. He's harassing me. Also he yelled at me when he found out I wasn't gonna send him money. Also on USA Cash Advance they have a spam warning about this person.

my mess was on a family members phone and stated the last 4 digits of my social# said he had a legal case an affidavite and it was a state issue;if i didnt respond immediately;good luck to me and God bless???anyone have this happen;did he know you social???please reply

Was called and threatned by Jeff Foster, who sounds very mid-eastern for that kind of name.  Said they were filing a case against me, but would not tell me what for.   I told him to email me the information, and to send it in the mail, never heard from him.  Also told him if he ever contacted me again I would sue him.  I filled out an online application for a cash advance, but never authorized it, but this is how he got my info.

I got a call tlking about not paying back some loan when I tlod him it was not true and I asked him for proff. he hung up . I will report him to the state of Maryland

I have been called by this number more than once and they ask for Scott. No one by that name has ever lived at my home. He started yelling at me because I was calling him on what he was saying. I hung up.

I have been getting  calls from this person multiple times a day with the same response as yours with threats of issuing warrants and me losing my job... How does he know the last four of my SSN?

This person calls several times a day starting at 0800 hrs until late afternoon. Threatens that I am going to be sued and have warrants issued if I do not return his calls as well has losing my job!

I had the same guy call me today, named Kevin Watson. And i don't have a payday loan. In fact they are illegal in the state of GA. I want to know how they know my last four of my social security number. How do I report them?

I received 3 calls from this number today. Stating that I owed $ and threatened to tell my employer, family and friends about this issue.  What I could understand anyways (heavy Middle East accent).  The caller continued to make illegal threats and each call was the exact same. How can we get these calls to stop?

I would love to report them too! they call my husband at work and then at home over twenty times today. I told him he was full of [***] and there is know such bussiness! he hung up!!

I too am experiencing this person who obviously is not a native born American calling me and leaving threatening messages. I called him back and left him a voice mail and I told him any information that he might have I wanted it emailed to me. I also told him I had done some research and know he is a scam artist and that I will sue him if he doesn't leave me alone.

I had a call today from a Kevin Brown you said that they had my name and soc# and an affidavit for my arrest and a warrant will be issued. I hung up and he called again and left a nasty message on my voice mail, so I had my attorney call the number back and she was asking him question about a lawsuit and he hung up on her, and haven't not called my since.

I have received several calls from this number harrassing me.

Well, he doesn't scare easy. Following what others suggested (see earlier post) he still called me back! So, I have now blocked that number from calling me. Can't he be prosecuted?
