    The victim was in foreclosure. The company promised to help stop it by a "loan modification".  They used a common American name "Kathy Anderson", however, spoke with an India accent.  The suspect had all of her previous loan info (the bank her mortgage was in default).  She sent two Moneygram payments to Calif. and to Philadelphia.  DO NOT PAY ANYTHING BY MONEYGRAM.  You can say it is going to the USA and it can be picked up in a Different COUNTRY.

    Hang up if a stranger asks for money for any purpose!
