Received call from this number, an individual who identified himself as Peter Black stated that a claim had been filed against my name for a payday loan from United Cash Loans. I have not had a loan from these people nor do I know who these people are. He told me that my case would be downloaded today and that I should receive the notice today...still waiting...

I also received a call regarding a complaint being filed against me by the federal Trade Commission. It's right in line with an email scam with the same MO. Do not engage with these people, simply hang up.

Was receiving almost daily calls for a while, until I reported the number to the Attorney General's office.  Now starting to get them again - called my office claiming to be from the Federal Trade Commission, using the name David Watson, also called my cell phone, same message,

Did you get a follow up call from some supposed officer with the number 904-402-9175?
I just received the call from "david" n when I told him I never got the payday loan he threaten to take me to court so I said ok then he said he will call me later and I get this officer now. And it was another Indian guy, and when I told him the search for them comes as a scam he tells me to not curse when I wasn't

Annoying. Called several times claiming to be IRS. Only automated but over and over again.

Party left a message saying he was from Publishers Clearing House  and to call back with a PCH number they gave me.

I also received a call saying they were from the PCH saying I won something.  SCAM
