These people have been calling my work at least 4 times a day for the last week. I have already googled them and it shows that they're scammers. We have told them repeatedly NOT to call our business but they hang up and call right back!!

They have been calling my work we have told them not to call over and over they wont stop calling they call my home and keep on calling me ive told them

The same thing is happening at our company. We have repeatedly told them to stop calling, because they are interrupting our business calls, but to no avail.

They are requesting debt collections through Wal-Mart gift cards, so...not too legit.

These people have been harassing this office by calling 9 times a day sometimes. It needs to stop!

Calls coming in from this number are always made by a male with a heavy North African accent.

Asking for my CC expiration date & pin number.

Heavy background noise of other similar calls being made.

They start the call telling me they are my 24 hour banking center.

These pieces of scum have harrassed me for a few years now periodically telling me they need to collect for a payday advance that I did online - which I have NEVER done.  They have called my work and harrassed me, and I just received a call from my boss that they are calling non-stop and locking up the phone lines!  What can be done to stop these guys??  They need to be put in jail for what they do.

These people call my job 30 times a day stating I owe them money for a pay day loan that I never took out. How do I make them stop......

This is not a legitimate call from the IRS.

Since this individual is impersonating the IRS you should also report it to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA). You can send an email to Complaints@tigta.treas.gov or file an online complaint by completing their "Online Form" located on their website, http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml

Please visit our "Report Phishing" website (http://www.irs.gov/uac/Report-Phishing) and click on "Complaint Assistant". This will allow you to file a complaint with the FTC and identify the complaint as an IRS complaint.

Alternatively you can file a complaint directly with the FTC by visiting http://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov.

Whether you use the IRS link or file the complaint directly with the FTC, add "IRS Hostile Call" in the Comments section of the complaint.

Individuals who have been victimized by this scam and have provided one or more Green Dot MoneyPak numbers to the scammer should also notify Green Dot directly at 800-473-3636 to report the scam and open an investigation.
