scam impersonating agent from federal  government

Left voice message stating something (did not say what) expired today. Push 1....

Left v mail something expired.  Left v mail but that's all it said.

called and told me I was the bigest idiot and dummy. admitted not being in the US. Had a Philippine accent.
Denied that I am on the Federal Do Not Call Registry.  They are spoofing the telephone numbers because any attempt to call back returns a number out of service.

Noisy call center, repeat calls, callers can hardly speak English, bad obviously VOIP connection. They don't know what part of town they're in, other than "Washington D.C." Some Ass just called calming to be the US Treasury and I have $ 7,000.00 dollars that the Federal government wants me to have!! Then he gives a # WHICH I knew was Bull [***]. My daughter calls the person hangs UP twice. The government may be in on ALL the crap that's been going on. They've been doing it for Centuries
