Answered the phone (and listened to see if there was a human before saying Hello, like I always do). Caller hung up.  Caller ID just said "DC"

Just got a call from this number.  Caller ID said WIRELESS CALLER.  I was on another call and did not flash over, figuring it was a scam or nuisance call.

I got a call from this number. It's a DC number but it came up as Dietra Wilson. Didn't answer.

DO NOT CALL LIST is a waste. Hate getting these unsolicited calls.

This person keeps calling and NEVER leaves a message. I swear I'm getting tired of it. I wish I could block it.... Obvious scam!!!

Received a call from this number. Since I didn't recognize it, I let it ring. The 'caller' hung up after four rings and didn't leave a message. The CID showed 'District of Columbia.'

This number registered as "unavailable". If their name is unavailable, I figured am unavailable too! I simply blocked it! Get a Digital Call Blocker. You can block complete area codes or just single numbers. I've had it 5 years and wouldn't be without it. If you get a call from ANY annoying number just press the "block" button twice and they'll never make your phone ring again. FYI - If you think the DO NOT CALL list doesn't work, take your name off of it and see what happens!
It's not a perfect system, but it greatly reduces what you would get otherwise.

Just got a call from this number.  Came up as a DC number.  it was a robot stating I was a valued customer and I can receive multiple free vacation packages if I just buy one of their other vacation packages.  Hung up after 30 seconds.

recording "congratulations! you have just won a free trip to the Bahamas, just for answering a short survey..." not kidding.  I thought that was a meme.

"Congratulations! You have won a free trip for 2 to the Bahamas! Just answer this short survey from the Scientific Research Company..." Asked questions about whether you have joint or muscle pain; are likely to buy new topical analgesic creams; have private health insurance, medicare/medicaid, or are uninsured; and if you're under 65. Wants you to then press 1 for a travel specialist to contact you within the next 24 hours to give you your reservation number.

The call was a white noise then disconnected. Number is blocked now.
