Received a call from this number.  The caller, speaking with a heavy Chinese accent claimed that I was selected by the US Government to receive $9000.  He then asked how I want to receive it.  I said I'll take a gift card.  He asked me if I had a current gift card handy so he could apply the money to that one.  I then asked if he could put it directly into my checking account (which of course I had no intention whatsoever to give my banking information.)  I asked him to hold on while I get the information and hung up.  He actually called me back and apologized for getting disconnected.  I asked him if he knew my name and he hung up.
