same thing here--keeps calling, leaves no message

It's the American Lung assoc.

This number keeps calling me at work. How annoying. I don't even know my work number to be giving it out. Idiots.

Called left no message.

Got another call from them today. Answered...silence then they hang up.

Calls and when answers no one there.

Called this morning at 8:15, left no message.  Aggravating, especially at that hour.

Caller ID says Washington DC. The number calls over & over every day including today, Saturday, from exactly 8AM until exactly 9PM on my land line and two cell phones of family members. The cell phone calls go unanswered and my screeching fax machine answers the land line.

No message.  Calls along with numerous others.

Calledl left no message.  Am I the no call list.  Seems like no call list does not stop all the calls.

got a call about i qualified for a grant of 7000 the thing is why do if have to go Western Union to send money to get a grant.........Aggravating people..   202-738-4217, 202-674-1246, 202-621-7457...

Because there is no grant - they are scammers!  (I'm pretty sure you figured this out already though ;-) )

202-349-2192 called on 8/17 showing ALA with no message left; AS rc REPORTED ABOVE, IT IS NOT THE AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION as their number is 202-349-2196 (they called on 8/16) according to the recording when you call back offering more info AND/OR to be removed from their data base.  

In addition, 202-349-2194 called on 8/15 showing ALA with no message left.  Calling back 2192 & 2194 both numbers indicate "NOT IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME" even though the 2192 had just called when I tried calling back.  Obviously the 2192 & 2194 ALA numbers are robo "scum bags" spoofing numbers.

Stop calling, or at least have the stones to leave a message and say who you are!

This number has called our place everyday for 5 days.  Never leaves a message.  We are on the no call list.

ID says ALA. they keep calling, never leave message

Three questions...
1. Who are these people (I guess nobody knows).
2. How do you stop these calls (I guess nobody knows).
3. Is there some agency to report them to (Does anybody know?).

1. They're scammers, spoofing phone numbers to try to look legitimate.
2. Block their number, but they can always call from other numbers.
3. Report them to the FTC.

This number has called our place everyday for several days.  Never leaves a message.

It' the NSA. Just checking up. One of the things they do. Good luck.
