Keep getting this call!  Then  they just hang up!

Called the number back.  It's a campaign line, it also will activate the do not call list for your phone number

These @ssholes have changed numbers.  I don't answer calls with area codes and numbers I don't recognize, but this one leaves a message.  This is a robocall that is nothing but static, with voices in the distant background.  

I answer. They hang up!

Just got a call on my phone but didn't answer. Good think I checked here first. No message but when I get calls like this I just place them on my reject list on my Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone and the next time they call, it rings once on their end and then disconnects. The call shows on my log as a rejected call so I'll know they tried but my phone takes care of sending these telemarketers straight to the reject trash bin.  

Called 5 times since 8 a.m. this morning. Did not leave message. I assume it is either a political solicitation or a scam.

i got a phone call around 5:30pm today and asked me if i voted already, she said she's from the democratic party...i told her i haven't voted yet and she said i have until 7:30pm to vote...
