Claimed to be with Microsoft & wanted to know about the errors on our computer. He already knew our address which is scary because we never called Microsoft for any help & Microsoft doesn't work that way anyways. This has to be some kind of scam!!! I reported them to my state's Attorney General's office!

I received a call on my cell phone at 11:29 am on Saturday May 26, 202. The man sounded like he was from out of the country and got upset with me because I had difficulty understanding him.  He claimed he was trying to help me to fix my internet problem on my computer. I said I am not home right now and I do not have an internet problem. How do you know this and he said he just did.  I told him that I was in traffic and could not talk, goodbye and hung up.

have received numerouse calls, don't answer and they don't leave a message.  I call the number back and get a fast busy signal......wish I could block them...

its a scam dont trust, they are hackers

I have received several calls from this number with no one ever saying anything until today. The guy with an Indian accent, said he was with IT and that they were getting lots of error messages from my computer. They called my cell phone which is a number a don't use when I register stuff so I was suspcious. They had my address which was creepy. When I asked him what company he was with he said Microsoft. I told him I was not at home and to call back tomorrow. Now that I know it is a scam, I cannot wait to have some fun with these people. I will be reporting them to my state's attorney general.

Keeps calling wont say who or what they want

Has called me everyday more than 4 times a day. When you call the number back it won't dial, weird!

Received a call once this A.M. from 202-354-8935.  Didn't recognize the number so ignored it.  They did not leave a message.

Received a second call later the same morning from 011-202-354-8935 (0112023548935).  Thought the number was strange and ignored it again.  Again no message left.

I've been receiving a call for the past 2 days first the 202 area then later in the day 011-202 etc. I just ignore them. They leave no message.

I recently got several missed calls from this number. I think its a scam. When I called the number back, nothing happened. The call was immediately disconnected. No ring, no busy signal, just an immediate "lost call". I will not answer to this number because this is obviously "a suspicious caller".

I received a call from this number today and they didn't say anything. I tried calling the number back several times and the recording is saying all circuits are busy & to please try your call back later.

Got several calls from this number, when I finally answered a man with a thick accent said he was a computer technician and that their server was getting multiple errors from my computer, he also knew my address. He wanted to know if I was home and in front of my computer so he could "show me the error messages."

PLEASE  NOTE !!!   THESE  SCAMMERS  ARE ALSO IMPERSONATING   THE  US  GOV'T /  SEVERAL  GOV'T  OFFICES AND   PERSONS....BEWARE !!!

-  new  twist  is  they  are   also  impersonating  DEA  officials   with  threats  to  arrest you  unless  you  immediately  send money  via  wire   transfer /  western  union   to some   offshore  country  !!!!!   obvious  scam  !!!

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  calling  on  behalf  of  a  humane  society..... $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  you  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

several  of  these are  the  usual   long  ongoing  scams   such  as  :  you  have  won a  free  walmart /  bestbuy  gift  card....or  you  have  won a  free  ipad  etc......all  long  ongoing  scams

i have recieved several calls from this number on a daily basis they claimed to be from microsoft and wanted to fix problems with my computer and wanted me to download something i told them i don't know who they are and i was not going to do as they asked and hung up they had a foreign accent it was hard to understand them so i typed in their phone number on search and it brought me here i'm so glad i did

I have also started to receive calls from this number, but i have not answered them.  This problem started about 2 weeks ago, some man with a thick indian accent called and said something was wrong with my computer and I told him I was not home and he said I will call you back.  There was nothing wrong with my computer and he didnot call back until 2 days ago. Now these 2 strange telephone numbers are calling me. There has to be some way to stop these calls.
