Survey company out of Burlington, VT. In my case this was for a survey on Veterans health benefits.

Leaves no message on cell. phone.  When we called the number back an instant message mentioned something about Veterans benefits.  How in the hell are these people getting our cell. phone numbers?  So annoying!  I'd like to jam my fist into his/her face!

they just called my cell phone and hung up.  who are these peopel and how do I report this.  this is crazy.

Called my house phone, asking for someone I did not know. Asking if I was them and telling me to pay money otherwise I would go to jail! Haha, I think not! The women on the phone had her feelings hurt very badly.

I got a call from this number tonite and it played some very nice music for a very long time.  I thought it was somekind of Xmas thing - so I listened longer than I normally would have.  What kind of joke is this?

They keep calling with a computer generated voice message that is broken and not working properly. I wish I could understand what they were saying.

I keep getting calls from this area code among others. They claim that they are debt collectors, but leave no information for me with a message. They also will leave another phone number for you to call. SCAMMERS!

its a collection company calling my cell num asking for a christine. I work for a medical collection company so I called the num when the girl answered I told her I was calling her back did she want to make a payment on her outstanding medical bill.  There was dead silence for a min and then she said I would have to call her at home she was at work . told her she called me from this num I was returning her call she then said she worked for a collection company and I owed money asked her what my name was she said she didnt know . told her 2 could play at this game and that if they called my cell num again i would report this num as a harrissing call since I have told them before they were calling wrong num she then got nasty I asked for her supervisor she hung up . I have reported the num and call/

I got a call today 3-8-10 on voice mail - asking for my husband on my cell number (no one would call my cell for him) They say they are a debt collection company but their name is not understandable, but I think it says Please call 800.852.0740 mike turner with Alive international credit.

Continues to call using an automated dialer.

Called back this number and also the 800-852-0740 number and both come back to the same company.
ALLIED INTERNATIONAL CREDIT.They do have a website where you can contact them.Not the collection department but you can get in touch with someone and leave messages.Proof to sue them afterwards....

this number calls my google voice number 3 times a day.  The number has been blocked for about a month but it keeps calling, so I'm thinking it's a robodialer.  (when you block a number on GV, you get the "out of service" recording).  Before I blocked them they were calling for a person I do not know.

They call and ask for Mill Redriskson, and say, if this is not Mill Redriskon, please hang up.

They call every day.

So I get a call every Sunday like clockwork..2pm EST.  Its a pre-recorded message from Allied International Credit and they're always looking for someone that doesn't live here.  Today I called them back and was able to speak to a lovely (barf) lady that was trying very hard to make her quota.  Today she failed.  I informed her that their phone calls were violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and she laughed.  So I in turn laughed and recited their address and informed her that I'd be mailing a complaint  to my Attorney General.  She didn't seem impressed.  [Apparently if they violate the FDCPA and a complaint is filed, they can be fined $1000 for each complaint.]  Think about contacting your Attorney General.  This is their (Allied's) address in case you'd like to send a postal complaint. lol.
