Recieved several calls from this number. Called back and said to wait and I would be taken care off soon. Waited several minutes and came on and said they were too busy and leave a name and number. I left a message all right. I am sure they are bill collectors. I was in the hospital with no insurance and the hospital wrote it off.

This company is "IC Systems." They pose as a "collection agency." However, they're actually trying to scare/threaten people into paying "bills" (usually under $100), that they don't owe anymore because the "debt" has already either been paid or written-off.

IC Systems calls me an average of 4 times each day regarding a $30 hospital bill that I paid two years ago. When they first started phoning me, about a year go, I tried to explain to them that my "debt" had been paid. But then they wanted me to give them financial information "so that they could confirm that I had paid the $30." No Way!

More than likely, "IC Systems" buys "lists" of people who have already had their debts written-off by Companies (i.e., PayPal, Hospitals). The Companies make money by selling off the names of people that they have written-off on their debt, and "IC Systems" makes money by scaring these same people into paying debts that they no longer legally owe.

I try and look on the bright side. I no longer have to set my alarm clock because I know that "IC Systems" will phone me.

It seems a couple of weeks ago, someone at this number asked to speak to someone who used to live at here who used my number as a point of contact. The person they were asking for hasn't lived here in over three years. I told the person that called that this person no longer lives here. But, on a daily basis since then has called my number multiple times a day. I now have this incoming number so it will not ring on my cell phone. But, is a nuisance as my phone will beep for a missed call. I suspect the caller is a collector, but, I will not share any information with that caller, as it is not my business and in todays world. I won't even consider it.

I have no medical billing of any sort and all that information gets sent to my mother so they would have no reason to call me. But they have called me multiple times with no message.

This is IC Systems looking to collect a medical debt.  They will never leave a message and if you call back they will try to get information from you.  Keep track of when they call you.  Insert the dates and times in this letter and mail it certifed letter to them.  They will leave you alone for about 4 months.  After you send them a few of these letters, they will leave you alone, if not, you have grounds for legal action.  Keep ALL copies of letters sent to them and MAKE SURE you are very detailed about times, etc.  They will call you from different cell phone numbers.  But if they call continuously and hang up, you know it's them.

I get around 10 calls per week from this number, for the past few months.  They never leave a message and I never pick up.  If it's a collection call, perhaps they should send me something saying I owe $$.  To my knowledge I'm current on all my bills.
