received a call from this number claiming that I have applied for government grants.  When I told them I have not they hung up.

This phone number keeps calling and when I do answer they say I have applied for a government grant. I then said no I did not and then they argue with me about it and then hang up and call right back.

They also called me saying that I applied for a government grant. Told them that I didn't and they responded that I was not able to cancel otherwise I would need to pay a fee for the process. I hang up but they kept calling so I blocked the number.

This number has probably called me 15 times today and several times I asked why they were calling and they said I signed up for a government grant and when I said no they hung up.  They called again and I asked why and who they were the guy said I had to pay the $1 fee to get taken off the list and when I started asking questions he because I couldn't understand him he told me to stop wasting his time and that if I don't pay he was going to call the cops on me because of some legal crap.  I never signed up for anything and I refuse to pay them a dime.

This place keeps calling every 15 min. Starting at 3:00 till 5:00 pm every time I go to answer it they just hang up on me!!
I'm getting a little annoyed!!!

I just got a call from this same number.  I said, as I usually do, "I'm not interested.  Please take me off your calling list."  He said he could not.  I said, fine, let me talk to your supervisor.  He said "he's not available."  I asked for the name of the company and his name and he refused to give it to me.  I said, fine, I'll call the better business bureau.  He laughed and said the call is routed and they won't know who he is either.  I called BBB and they said unfortunately, without more info, he's probably right!

Constantly calls several times a day. Says I applied for govt grant which is not the case.

I get repeated calls from this number. One time I answered the call and someone was asking for a man named Jason. I informed the caller that there was no Jason at this number and they promptly ended the call. I thought it was just a case of wrong number. This morning g I got a call again from the same number twice in a row. I answered the second call and after saying "hello" a second time I heard an automated "goodbye". I attempted to call the number back and got a message in Spanish (I believe the language here in the good old USA is English) and after the automated message stopped I heard a rapid busy tone.

He says his name is Aaron Cooper and that he works for the feds and has fed id number AC114.  I asked him to send me some e-mail about the program and he did.  He insists that I pay $3.00.  The email he sent me seems to be a copy and paste from the feds and states right there that the feds work weekdays from 8 to 4 p.m., while this character is calling me on Saturdays and late in the evenings.  He finally got so frustrated with me that he said he was cancelling my grant and to go to hell.  I liked that because then he was being real.

I got a call from this company about this grant its a big scam I just blocked the number. I know I didn't apply for any grants

Get numerous calls. When I answer, no one says anything

This number just called me 35 times in a roll. I answered 3 of the calls and no one  answered when i said hello just heard someone breathing. I even told them i was blocking their number..after that it was none stop calling. Guess they liked my voice mail message.
