I just receive a call from this number with a recording asking me to call within the next 4 hrs.  with no information on company.

I got a recorded phone call from this number saying my son owed them money and that he would be sued 4 hours from now and to call them asap. I called they told me he owed them money. Said they were a lawfirm for payday loans. when I asked for the payday loans of america's phone number they hung up. I tried calling back numerous times and there is no answer or no one is available to take the call. I know this is a scam 1. to be sued they must send you mail correspondence, 2. they can't sue you 4 hours from now. 3. loan companies give their unpaid loans to collections. 4. they called my mother's house (my son's grandmother). 5. my son doesn't need to get loans from anyone.

got a recording of someone stating my name to requesting me to call them within 4 hours or they would contact an attorney.  i looked up this number and apparetly im not the only one this has happened to

Got a call from this number yesterday on my cell phone and then again today at my job... I am reporting this number they have no right to call my job. I tried calling the number back and either the mailbox was full or no one was available to take my call.... SCAM for sure

Received a call at my job as well. They didn't even identify which company they are calling from. I will be reporting this phone number as well.

Received a call for one of our employees. This is the second scam situation in a month with calls coming in to our office. Tried to report to Federal agency, I don't think they will be doing anything about it.

received pretty much the same message, must call in 4 hours or blah blah blah.............got the call on my work phone which is really annoying!

yup, same here............i think they even said something about a restarining order, lol.....anyway i guess only have 4 more hours til it all goes down. I used to get calls similar to this a month or so ago but I thought they has stopped. I guess not!

The last time they said they were sending the police over to my work...............I'm still waiting since i'd love to file a report on them, but I'm pretty sure they are out of India so i don't think the local police can do much about it.

They will try and contact your Supervisor/ Director though, so be careful.  I just explained to him that it was scam and forwarded a link to an article I found online about it. he knew there was something strange with the call in the first place so he believes me.  Looks like I have to let him know that they're calling again.

Got a call from this number at my job said I had 4 hrs to call or they would garnish my wages.  Said to press 9 to speak to the litagation dept.  Pressed 9 took them forever to answer and then we were disconnected.   Scam scam scam

Same call just now on my cell phone.  Call was for my husband saying a suit was filed against him and he would have to appear in court and it is imperative him or his attorney contact them immediately.  Failure to do so will result in them contacting his employer and pursuing a "remedy" against his wages.  To stop it he could have pressed 9 to speak to a litigator or call them back.

ANNOYING!!!  I'm sure they'll call our family and other phone #s to say something ridiculous like this.  About a month ago a similar company called one of the neighbors who happens to live on my same street!  I reported them but nothing has happened.  

What horrible practices by any company - debt collector or not.  100% False threats!!

Just got a call from this number at my work, I have had 15 calls in the last two weeks.  I believe it is a scam.

They keep calling my old work place saying something about a restraining order im gonna report them

Something about a restraining order and I have so many hours to call back.  It is a bunch of crap.

They called my husbands old employer and said something about a restraining order then when I called they said it was IRS litigations and was unable to give me information.  Gave me a different number to call and gee go figure nobody picks up that line!  SCAM

I received the same message about calling in 4 hours and something about a restraining order.  Tried to return their call and received message that voice box is full.  

I received a threatening message at work so I called them back to get more information. They said they are IRS Equity, when I asked for  their address she asked for the phone number and she told me they're looking for a Yang Young! WTH!
I told them they have the wrong person so she Immediately said she will remove my phone number from their list. Scammers! I was about to see a lawyer tomorrow.

I received a call from them as well to call back as I was getting a restraining order against me and to call back within 4 hours.  When I called the number back so that I can report these people, I was sent to an entire number all together, and the people claim they never called them when I told them that my sister was a police detective and so was my uncle and my brother is a lawyer, and I wanted to get information from them, they hund up!! Who are these people?

Got a call from this number using the same wording of restraining order and to call back in 4 hrs.this callers seems
to be creating scare among families. I  will file a complain against this number to the authorities

I too received a message saying that I had 4 hours before subpoena will be issued and something about a restraining order was mentioned. The only thing different about this call was that there wasn't an accent from this person. Sounded American. I called back and they answered that phone just saying "litigation".  When I asked what the name of the company is she said it was a law firm called Litigation.  Every time I said something it took forever for her to respond. I was then transferred to some guy who ended up hanging up on me. I did call back because I am sick of this crap. The guy I talked to this time around basically said all of the same things that all of these posts are saying. Absolutely unprofessional.

I received a call a couple of days ago with a similar message left on my voicemail.  They also threatened to do a  Wage garnishment.  I called them back and got a busy signal, a Jim little voicemail and then the litigation department for payday loans of America and spoke with a Jennifer anderson(I think) . She said it was for a loan that i didn't have a bank account at the time they imposed I took out a loan.  I don't know what to do, I agred to pay them...I should've known better.
