This Con artist who calls himself Martin E Rudnick, claims to be missionary minister. He wants to rent his home in San Jose as he is now living in Texas with his family. I picked up this listing on Trulia the property people based in San Fransicso. He is wanting to get a deposit of $1200.00 with the application to rent, in actual fact he has nothing to do with this property. I have another number he is using which I have reported,
I now also have a email address. martinerudnick@yahoo.com. He is not aware that I am onto him, as this situation is happening right now. How do we catch this Dog?. Is there anybody or operation that can help catch this guy?

Samething here in Newark, NJ he has his email listed as Michael.heartley001@gmail.com he states that he is living in Canada. Pls catch this thief

Found a great house here in Seattle that my husband and I wanted to rent. The deal seemed to good to be true. We tried to contact him to no avail. We drove past the house just to see if we would like to rent it, saw a for sale sign on the gate and front door. Called the realtor and they said the house had just gone on the market. Heard back this morning from the "landlord" said he was in Nigeria. Just got moved there for his civil engineering job. Could mail us the keys to make sure that we could take care of his home. He didn't want it misused. When I was talking to him on the phone I wanted to be sure this wasn't a scam so I asked him to confirm the address of the home. He got skittish and said he didn't wan to give out his personal info. That ended that conversation right there. Please don't listen to this guy. He listed his "property" on Trulia.com. Just be aware not everyone online even for real estate is who they say they are.  Michael Hartley is what he said his name was. His email address was michael.hartley001@gmail.com

This guy is such a scammer...renting property in Seal Beach Ca....says he isRick Ayo Marquez.....civil engineer working in Nigerea....send deposit he will send keys blablabla.....totally needs to be caught

Totally the same story I got...civil engineer in Nigeria...gonna be gone for 3-4 years....so stupid to even put something for rent that "was to good to be true"....This "rental" was in Seal Beach Ca....couldnt even tell me what time it was in Nigeria.....so needs to be caught

This person called himself Dave Roti.  Met on dating site Positive Singles. His email address dave.roti@yahoo.com and yahoo profile had a picture of a "Jane Cooke" with a link to facebook.  Was Russian, claims to have a house in Washington DC and Queens, NY.  A "modeling director" whose boss was sending him to Africa for a few months.........

After realizing what was going on, Dave Roti was a fake, I texted him, no answer.  I called his # several times, no answer, so I hung up.  I then reported this # (above) and that night (last night) I receive a call from 908 502-1168 saying he received several calls from my #!  Man had accent, said he was Nigerian!  and that he was in Florida.  The 202 # was somehow being forwarded to this 908 #.  Supposedly didn't know who Dave Roti was.  I hung up.  Later that night I receive a few texts from Dave... honey what's wrong, are you mad at me, maybe we should stop all this because you're (ME) not the woman I thought you were blah blah blah.....  Wow.....

This # is a scam, tried to rent a house here in texas... scam, scam, scam !

This guy.. Says he is on some missionary mission... Only missionary he is doing is trying to take you up the rear by scamming your hard earned honest dollar... He is trying to rent out property in Portland OR.

Seen an advert today on trulia about an apartment at 214 commonwealth avenue in boston, the apartment was amazing but severely underpriced. So emailed looking for more info on it. I got an email a few minutes later from james robert, same telephone number reported on this site, he wanted me to send to a:

i want you to split the money into two and  transfer it ok,you can make the transfer of the money in to 2 right once the money is available at the western union get back to me with the western union number.

I was already suspicious but at this point i knew it was a scam. I searched the address an found the real realtor who was called Maureen o hara. Maureen advises me he was trying to scam because she was the one with keys to the actual address and the monthly rent was $5900 per month.... At this stage i decided to mess around with him, i told him i transferred the money and gave him false details to collect the money at a western union... Is there anyway we can pass this info onto the authorities to catch this nigerian conman.

The person calling from this number says he is named Jack Monfos, says he own a home in Washington, DC, and works as a modeling manager, he is currently subscribed to the Our Time dating site preying on women, says he has a son going to military school in Lagos , Nigeria who lives with his dad there, that he is divorced from his cheating ex spouse,  so I am on to him, be ware if you are a woman, he is already declaring his undying love and says he told his family about me... it is too creepy......

OMG this guy sent me eight thousand  dollars of worthless checks and got me involved in some kind of box scam I have told anybody and everybody that this guy is [***]

And he is using number wow rnobody needs to do soothing about this guy like asap
