They have called 4 days in a row and have a lot of my information WTF? Anyone know whats the deal? Are they legitimate or a scam?

Did you apply for a government grant?  You can't get a grant you didn't apply for.  If the caller says otherwise he is a scammer.

Told me to go to western union and get $9000.00 free from the us government!  Knew it was a scam, because the us government doesn't give us anything!

called about a $9000 grant. required to call the number back and was told I was being hacked.

It is a scam all the way. They ask for credit card info or bank info so they can getan advance of money in order to process your "Grant". They get your fee, you never see your "Grant"

All incoming phone calls saying you are getting a grant are 100% scams.
The government NEVER calls anyone to solicit grants.
The ONLY way to get a grant from the government is to use their portal. http://www.grants.gov
If you have applied for and are approved for a grant, you NEVER have to pay ANY fee for the grant funds.

Called these people back to tell them I wanted my wifes number removed from their list. Guy says he has it. I told him that's funny because I was calling from my phone...he told me to "[***] off" and hung up on me...DO NOT BE SUCKERED BY THESE CRIMINALS.....

They are Indian or Pakistani extortionists and phone terrorists.  They don't pay any attention to any request from anyone and they sure don't obey US laws!

Far as I'm concerned, what these scammers need,    is few Hellfire missiles dropping in unexpectedly at their places of employment.  I've told  'em so over the phone when they try to scam me.

Received this call at approximately 5:15 PM.  Was told that I have been picked to receive a $9,000.00 grant from the US Government because my bills are paid, I have no criminal record and I have not filed for bankruptcy.  There was no company name given.  Gave me the number (202) 436-9793 to call and confirm a Grant ID# of SW156.  When I called the number, I was asked to call back in 15 minutes, I hung up and investigated and found all the posts about the scam which I suspected in the first place.  

I got a call from a unknown number saying he was apart of the government say we got a grant for 9,000. They gave me a ID number and said to call the number 202-436-9793 to get more info. So i did and they never answered and it was different every time. It's a scam. People suck who do this. No hearts at all.

They just called had my address say I was picked and a 7000 grant Money ask me how did I want the money in my banking account r cash I said cash call the manger and I did they told me I was going to get a call back
