Called 2x did not answer they did not leave a message. Called again my daughter answered and all it did was beep and hung up. Any info on it?

This # called twice within hours of me factory resetting my phone. I surmise this may be a spyware call meant to initiate an installed app on the phone. Since a factory reset took place, the number will not auto activate the spyware, so it rings in normal.

This number keeps calling me since 02 Sept 2014 everyday numerous times and when I answer no one is there and it hangs up. What is going on? Who is this? any info?

Received call 9/3/14 around 1:30pm.  Didn't recognize the number but answered anyways; there was initially a pause followed by a man mumbling either in a foreign tongue or just plain gibberish - it was incomprehensible, so I just hung up...
